The other issue I had was that I paid 30.00 for the flowers to be sent to the home of Ms. Collins, however, for what ever reason they were delivered to the funeral home. There was a reason I wanted them delivered to the home and not the funeral home.

Ordered online on a Thursday, was called the next day (Friday) to tell me that they didn't have any red roses, all they had was pink. I reluctantly took what they had because now I was a day closer to the event I needed them for. Please don't advertise flowers you don't actually have to sell, it's deceiving your buyers. I picked them up on Saturday for a Sunday event (Since they are closed Sunday) and sadly they are wilting and dying pretty fast already 24 hours after picking up. I really appreciated the communication throughout the process, since this was a delivery going to someone else. If I could show you what I ordered and what I got I would. What I ordered had roses and large lilies ect…. I know certain flowers are not always available or in season but when it’s this far off one should be notified so I can choose something different. Was embarrassed this was deliver hence the dissatisfaction. They did deliver in time . This did not look like a 115.00 delivered bouquet.

The colors of the bouquet were not as pictured or as expected, nor was the variety of flowers. There was hardly any purple in the picture online. I was hoping for more peach and blue like the picture online. I specifically paid quite a bit extra for the “Premium” instead of the “standard” yet the size of the flowers delivered looks exactly like the same size as the “standard” vase shown online. The vase of flowers delivered does not look like a $175 arrangement. I was disappointed.

I did my order online, which was pretty easy. However, I did a custom order in which I requested they include some chocolate – which the flower shop itself doesn't carry. I wasn't sure they would be able to fulfill this request, but, sure enough, I got notified that the delivery had been made successfully per my specifications.

Due to how easy it was to order and the fact they carried out the custom order and delivery without issue, I would 100% use Flower Happy Floral & Gifts again.

The flowers were nice, but nowhere near as bright and cheerful in color as what I’d expected from the sample photo. Also, I upgraded to the Premium option; however, the arrangement didn’t seem to have any more flowers in it than the Standard option. I’ve ordered from Flower Happy several times in the past and this order was my least favorite.

A severe snow storm delayed delivery of my flowers. Happy Floral (HF) owner contacted me immediately and updated me on the situation. When the flowers were delivered, she (the owner) also included a $25 dollar gift certificate. The flowers were gorgeous! HF owner went above and beyond to deliver a quality product amidst a brutal snow storm that shut down travel for 2 days. HF was professional, courteous and kind. I am very pleased with their services and would highly recommend them to family and friends.

I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement and paid 50$ for it . There was a few carnations tiger lily and one sunflower. I was disappointed in the arrangement for what I paid . It was only a few flowers for the price and then a charge of 17$ is a lot for delivery. I am from Pennsylvania and ordered these for my mom and I was very sad to see the arrangement. I worked in a flower shop here and I know that I wouldn’t have sent that out for the price.

The flower arrangement was delivered to my daughter at work for her birthday in less than 2 hours from ordered at 1,200 miles away. My mom is in lock down at her nursing home and so I am unable to visit her. I live in Alaska and had to cancel my trip due to Coronavirus. Since I couldn't be there I decided to send her flowers.

I spoke to my mother yesterday, 3 days after she received hand delivered flowers from you. She said some of the flowers are already wilting. This is her second time she's received flowers from Flower Happy that were not fresh. Your creativity and customer service are very good. However, I am disappointed by the quality of the flowers as they should last at least 5 days, if not more. I order my mother flowers every year and will have to go elsewhere going forward.

I paid for an upgrade from the lowest to the medium. The delivery wasn't even close to the lowest picture. I know the florist can make changes but for an upgrade it should at least be close to the lowest picture. I did ask to add sunflowers if possible and was willing to pay but didn't want the other reduced. Very disappointed this time. She was still excited to get them but she didn't know what they were supposed to be originally.

I usually call into Hamilton floral but I saw you could order online from your website. I thought that would save me some time.
