I expected a bit more for the extra cost of the premium. What my mother received was mediocre, at best. I did write an email explaining this the day it was delivered and received no response. I didn’t ask for a response or anything else. I just wanted them to know that I won’t be using their services anymore. Which is unfortunate, because I always want to support small businesses. But $160 for 18 half dead tulips is not my idea of a good purchase that would entice me to be a repeat customer. It was definitely NOT the premium service I thought I was paying for. That said, my mother loved it. She was so happy. She was pleased they brought the arrangement right to her door. She would be beyond MAD at me if she knew what I paid for what she actually received. She thought I maybe paid $40…

The peace Lilly plant was a sympathy order for a very dear friend. The plant was suppose to be delivered 1/27. I received a confirmation of delivery but the plant was never delivered to the recipient until 1/29. It was a very embarrassing situation. In addition, the peace Lilly picture shows two blooms on the plant. The plant received had no blooms just green leaves. Very disappointed. Not a good representation of a peace Lilly. What was suppose to be a sympathy gift turned into an embarrassment.

Picture shows a little ballerina with flowers however apparently it's not included which was disappointing. The flowers were very pretty but since it was for a little girls dance recital I was excited about the flowers with the doll. I ordered online so I saw no notice that doll was not included. Should take that out of picture online.

Our delivery driver Stanley was the absolute best! I had flowers delivered to my grandma’s apartment for her birthday. she came out to the mailroom area and he walked the flowers all the way into her apartment so she didn’t have to carry them. I have used this florist several times in the past and never had an issue. This time I had flowers delivered for Valentine's Day and as soon as the bouquet was opened one rose fell off because of a short stem. Second day another rose fell out because of same issue.

I was super disappointed with the flowers that got delivered. I ordered the largest bouquet and had them delivered to my grandmother for Valentines Day. They were delivered but the orchids in the bouquet were already brown and dying at the edges. It didn't look like a fresh. For the amount of money people pay to buy flowers, they should make sure all the flowers are fresh and blooming. I could've bought something cheaper at the grocery store but decided to support a small local business instead.
I called the company and they swapped it out the next day for a new bouquet that looked better. I'm still feel disappointed. I made a side note to make them look beautiful. This is for my 85 year old grandmother who recently lost her husband. She loves flowers and when she told me about how the bouquet looked days old I was upset.
I never even received a call after the 2nd bouquet was delivered to make sure everything was better. They just have a grumpy guy deliver them and run back to his truck before you could even say thank you.
I won't be rushing back anytime soon to reorder from this company.

I needed flowers for my stepfather’s funeral. There was a very small window between his passing and the funeral itself. I came from out of town so my priority was to physically get there on a short turn around. Once I arrived to town, I ordered the flowers the afternoon before the funeral. I ordered them online, paid and was told that they would be delivered at 10am. At just before 9am, the funeral director brought the flowers in from Flower Girl and mine were not there. When I asked, he called and was told that I had ordered too late and they would not be delivered. I ordered late, I know that and I get that. However why wouldn’t the website give me a message saying that I missed the cut off? I rested assured thinking that I would have flowers, only to be caught completely off guard at a funeral when that should be the last thing on my mind. When I called Flower Girl after the funeral to find out what happened, the young lady couldn’t have been more casual and proceeded to shift blame on me. She did offer to “deliver them to the family”. I explained that I am the family and did not want the flowers now that the funeral is behind us. Again, I should have ordered these before, I get it. However I was too busy making travel arrangements to get to a funeral. Something on the website telling me that I missed the cutoff would have made this so much easier. Any other item I would order would offer this. Not a good way to do business at all.

You placed your website order after closing time with a delivery of the next morning at 8 am, our website does not distinguish timed deliveries.

We called you that morning (when we opened at 9 am) to let you know that we could not complete your order. We offered other alternatives.

When you returned our call later that day, you admitted you took a chance. You requested a refund which we did immediately.

I received an email that my order was delivered.... it was NEVER delivered. Called 3 times to find out where my order was. If I didn't call, I don't think my order would've ever reached its destination. The plant that was received looks nothing like this picture. There are cheap flowers within the angel planter. Very disappointed with this florist. My first time using them and definitely my LAST!

The reason I am giving it a two star is because I purchased a 21st birthday balloon bouquet, which was advertised. The bouquet was delivered and to my disappointment there was not one balloon that said 21 on it. The whole purpose of me buying the bouquet was because that’s specifically what I wanted for my daughter‘s 21st birthday. The balloons were nice, but it was not what I ordered

The item was purchased around midnight the night before. I confirmed everything the following morning with a very friendly lady who's name I cannot remember. I asked for a late delivery but they closed early on Saturdays, so she accommodated with an earlier time. The plant was delivered in approximately 2 hours. It looked exactly like the picture on their website. Very pleased and I will recommend Flower Girl to my friends and family.

Ordered Thursday night for Saturday delivery for Mothers day. Within 1/2 hr, rcv a call & apology that system was down & they couldn't fwd my delivery to a NJ shop. Rather then cancel & take my chances on calling another swamped shop, I chose to pick up myself. Since I had already been charged a delivery, the lady promised extra flowers & to do it up really nice. When I picked it up - it was larger then expected & quite a few lilies with pink in them. Mother-in law loved it, especially the lilies. Of course I took the credit for the lilies...lol. Very pleased.

I sent these flowers to my parents for Valentine’s Day. My parents absolutely loved them and the chocolates!! They were just as the picture on your website presented. I can’t tell you how many times I have sent flowers from other places and they look nothing like what is presented on their website!
