Although I was ordering from Florida, the shop created something I would have picked out myself if I was able to be there in person. Personally, the plant in the picture on the website looked great but the plant they delivered looked better.

I was disappointed. The bouquet did not look like it was filled enough to be worth premium price. It also wasn’t as pink as the ad - far more to the purple and mauve colors. I wanted pink specifically due to the deceased having had breast cancer. I’ve done a lot of ordering for funeral arrangements both personally and for my employer and this is this first time I’ve been so disappointed.

The flowers delivered were BEAUTIFUL! I ordered online, and the person I was sending them too wasn't home or responding on the date the delivery was supposed to happen. I was very impressed when I called the next day they were open, the woman working that I talked too even offered to call me to insure when they were received! I live out of town, and would definitely use this floral shop again!

I ordered online, and upgraded the arrangement from that which was pictured. What was delivered looked like it was arranged by a 10-year-old, and did not particularly resemble the online photo. Definitely did not meet expectations. I did contact them via email to express my dissatisfaction, but have not yet heard from them. However, it's not yet been 24 hours. But, they made sure I got an email asking me for a review, so here it is. I doubt I'll use this florist again. FTD was also less than helpful with resolving the issue. Even though their brand name is all over it, they advised it was strictly a problem with the local florist.
**An update on this review** I didn't hear back from the florist, but on the following Monday, they randomly delivered a few extra stems of flowers for my mother to add to her bouquet herself. I don't feel this remedies the situation, but I guess they tried?

The flowers were for the most part what was shown in the picture. Julee added a bow for me and took great care getting the arrangement to the church for our Grandmother's service.
