We did not deliver your order on the 23rd due to heavy rainfall in area and loss of daylight. Your order was delivered the next day. We normally deliver the next day if we could not do same day as written in the email.

I'm from out of state. I called to order flowers for my Mother's 89th birthday. I talked to a very nice person who told me the store was closed due to safety concerns because of the hurricane weather in Santa Clarita. Even though the doors were closed for the day she still took my order and helped me pick out the flowers. My Mom received her bouquet the next day and LOVED them. Mom says they are beautiful. Called 2 other shops before connecting with Flower Finesse. With the first shop I asked for a Saturday or Sunday delivery, preferably Saturday. Representative expressed how busy they were and asked if a Monday delivery would be okay? UMMMMM! NO! Monday won't work. Called the second shop and the representative was just rude, sounded like I was bothering her and she hated her job. I straight out told her that I'm not ordering with them due to her attitude. Hung up!
Lastly, called Flower Finesse.The sweetest, charismatic representative assisted me. 1,2,3, DONE! Delivered that same day that I requested. She even giggled and commented on the cute message that I was sending. Great experience! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Flower Finesse!

We delivered the same exact flowers as the "Purple romance" arrangement you purchased, in a premium. Your order had lavender roses, purple lisianthus and sweet william. We added purple filler (misty blue) instead of the eucalyptus (baby blue) that's out of stock atm. The vase we used was a premium, purple crystal vase.
Can you please tell me what it is you thought that did not look like the picture so we can better our service?

Ordering online was very easy, and I loved the email and text communication throughout the process from when I first placed my order to the delivery confirmation email. The flowers were beautiful and the person I gave them to really enjoyed them. After looking at the picture taken by the recipient and comparing it to the picture on the website, I would only say that the website picture bouquet seems a bit fuller than the bouquet the recipient got. However, my arrangement was in a fancy pink vase, and the picture on the website just shows a clear vase so, I guess it balances out. Bottom line, I would order from them in the future.

In addition to being delivered the day after Valentines Day, the special instructions, "please leave the Lillys out, she's allergic" were completely ignored. The Hydrangeas were wilting and brown when they delivered. This was my fifth or sixth order since I found you guys. The product is second to none. The customer service is first class. The effort you put into trying to address any special requests is unheard-of nowadays. You have a customer for life.

The flowers I ordered are clearly pink and green but what arrived was pink, green, and purple. Not what I wanted or would have picked. Those colors do not look good together in my opinion. There’s also the fact that I am not a fan of the color purple and would not have picked them had it showed a possibility of purple flowers being included in the picture. With that being said they did deliver the flowers very quickly so that is a plus. Maybe next time if you need to swap out flowers that are possibly out of stock try replacing them with a flower of the same color as to not disappoint the customer.

The flowers that arrived were so beautiful, and the hand-written note was a perfect touch. Delivery was on time and handled with care. Will definitely be using Flower Finesse again!

It would have been nice if the flowers could have looked more like the photo.
1. The pink flowers were almost completely white buds which never openned and were already beginning to turn brown along the edges
2. The little pink flowers were not as numerous as shown and were often not below the roses nor were they evenly distributed.
3. No ferns werre included.
4. The vase was not red.
5. Petals started falling off the white buds and red flowers within 3 days of when I picked them up.
For $170.00 (w/tax) they should have lasted longer and been closer to the photo.

The arrangement looked absolutely NOTHING like what I had ordered. I was very disappointed with how it turned out. What I wanted was what was advertised- a beautiful cylinder vase with red roses; shorter stems; what arrived was an arrangement that looked like it was from the 1980s...long stems and in an ugly tall vase. Paid way to much for what we got. Very very disappointed! Will never order from them again. What they should do is deliver what I paid for - this was for my parent’s 50th wedding anniversary and this arrangements was very dull and boring!

The flowers that were delivered looked completely different. The succulent was a different type and color, the white flowers with the black center where a magenta pinks the was orchids instead of the Tulips, the peach roses were pink roses, and the snap dragons were pink not white, and the white berry looking thing were pink. It ordered these because I loved this color scheme and how this looked. I was disappointed that I didn’t get a call about changing the colors. I would have just chosen a different type of bouquet.

The flowers were lovely however the experience was not a great one. I ordered online, I received an email receipt. At 5:25pm(they close at 5:30) the day of my delivery, the recipient still had not gotten the flowers. I called the shop and they asked for the delivery address and said it would be there in 15 minutes. It was delivered around 6. They looked beautiful but I shouldn’t have to call the shop to get a scheduled delivery delivered.

There was an unnamed Happy Birthday card attached and nothing else.

Hello Paul, we have seen your review and looked at your order. For future reference, when writing out a message card, you must add your name to the end of the card when ordering from any company/ flower store. The company/ flower store only writes out what was written on the message form. Hope this helps!
