Aloha! We are a local, family-owned florist conveniently located in Fort Street Mall. We are within walking distance of Downtown Honolulu offices and Chinatown. We have fresh selection of leis and local tropical flowers. For smaller orders, just come down to our flower shop!

Our floral designers have decades of experience and have worked at other well-known flower shops in Honolulu. We pride ourselves in the care and thought we put into each and every floral arrangement we create. You will never get mediocre flowers here. The quality of our floral design are important and our customers appreciate that. We also stress personalized customer service. I was not aware I needed to be more specific when ordering online to request a banner instead of a card. However, it was a beautiful floral arrangement you provided for our dad’s funeral. We truly appreciated your thoughtful inclusion of the blue roses—his favorite—and the dove, which was especially meaningful as he loved birds. While we were a little disappointed that the banner was missing, the arrangement overall was lovely.

I reside in the Mainland. My Mother lives on Oahu. Mother’s Day was on Sunday and I decided to send Roses to her. I Googled Flower Shops close to her hoping to get them delivered. Flower Fair was closest. I called and was told it was easiest to use their website ordering process. There were pictures of the different flower bouquets to choose from. I chose the 12 Rose arrangement. I upgraded to deluxe and delivery at a specific time. The total price was fair considering it’s a local shop and the flowers were fresh. I will definitely use Flower Fair again.

Have ordered from them many times before and never disappointed. The arrangement i ordered was slightly different from the photo, it was missing the bamboo decoration. My sister and I chose the arrangement because we really appreciated that detail. Understand it was Mother’s Day, so may have run out of it. Despite that, my mother really enjoyed it and that was most important. Will def use them again! Arrangements are always so fresh and delivery is always on time!

(For Valentine’s Day) I think it’s very important to point out how easy it is to order, especially for someone that’s not too tech savvy. The ordering is straight forward, none of these “sign up for discounts through email”, to find yourself jumping through hoops and hurdles. I didn't realize that a wreath wasn’t ordered for my dad the day prior for his sisters funeral. I am from Utah and I’m not familiar with any florist around. I called several places I googled and they all couldn’t accommodate me because the funeral was next day. It was almost closing time and I called, the lady I talked to said to place the order on line and they will take care of it. They delivered. Amazing customer service and they sent me a picture of the finished product for approval. They saved my life lol I would use them again if I’m in Hawaii for another funeral. After an extensive on-line search for my PoPo’s funeral flowers, I found Flower Fair Hawaii to be the most original and pretty options. Their prices were very reasonable and the ordering process very easy. May, I believe the owner and designer, was so helpful on the phone.
But to me, the most telling were the arrangements themselves. Beautiful flowers and greenery, great quality and number of blooms, and even prettier in person.

This was a very nice arrangement and very reasonably priced! The only thing that I wished it had, was the traditional cherry blossoms. That was a little disappointing. Maybe next year they will keep in mind to add that traditional touch. All-in-all, I'm very happy with it.

We received what was apparently the wrong picture the morning of the service, with the wrong flowers, the wrong banner, and the wrong delivery time. The bouquet was lovely except for the few tiny purple flowers that were dead and scraggly looking. The delivery was mid-afternoon, which was fine. Had I thought of it, since this was an Anniversary gift, I would have asked for an earlier delivery, but it arrived in good shape. My wife didn’t mind the 2pm delivery time.

Have come to Flower Fair for years, they make beautiful leis, imaginative arrangements, beautiful kadomatsu for the new year...everything you want in a knowledgeable local florist right in the heart of Downtown. The ladies who run it are flower farmers themselves, work like demons, and are super friendly and kind. Need to know when the pikake or pakalana will arrive? They know. Need an old school, 70s style triple carnation or a many maunaloa lei? Looking for local or cook island maile? Yup. Get. They only thing they do not make is haku, but they can refer you. A Flower Flair associate called me to gather more information around specifics on what I needed the flowers for- a funeral, or an individual’s home. Flowers were delivered on scheduled day, which is a plus. I would have liked to receive text notifications regarding when it would be delivered. I received a delivery confirmation, but it was the day after so I didn't need it at that point (I already knew the flowers were delivered). The flowers were delivered to the right place, which was good! The recipient loved them and they were delivered in good condition. And now the recipient has a teapot as well.

The bereavement floral spray was beautiful! It was delivered on time! I would have given 5 stars however they forgot to add a name to the banner that I requested to be added and I was sad for that person who contributed towards the cost of the arrangement. I was so impressed by the service by Flower Fair. I know it’s hard for small businesses right now and it is hard for florists to get flowers. Only comment of a wishful nature is that due to my neglect, I forgot to sign the card. I called you the day of the scheduled delivery on Saturday, right after your opening time of 10:00 a.m., and left a message requesting you to sign my name on the card, along with leaving my phone number if you had any questions or needed to follow-up further. I continued to call about 6 more times for the next 3-4 hours to try to speak with someone directly, but no one answered. Unfortunately, my name never did get added to the card. Hi, I liked the arrangement in the online photo. Unfortunately, the roses and gardenias that arrived were were not buds as pictured. My nephew sent a few photos and on the day after they arrived the gardenias were already yellowing. A bit sad really...

As far as the flowers browning the next day, Gardenias are a very fragile and fragrant flower. With that said, it does not last long after blooming and will turn brown very fast especially in warmer climates. It is tho, a very beautiful and sweet flower that unfortunately can only be enjoyed for a short period of time. Sorry again that it wasn’t to your satisfaction and know that we have stopped producing that arrangement due to the fact that customers don’t understand certain characteristics of the flowers they choose. Thank you.

I live in Florida and my mom lives in Hawaii. I ordered these flowers last minute and it was delivered on the date I requested. My mother loved them and I didn't realize how big of an arrangement it was! Very beautiful! Every time I order flowers online, they never like the pictures. It's always modified. Flower is nice. However, it was delivered to our house past 2 afternoon by an unfriendly delivery person.
If an approximate delivery time was given to me, I’d worried less. It should have delivered earlier.

Living so far away. sending a special arrangement as beautiful and as meaningful to visually display what I’m trying to say has been a challenge! I’ve sent arrangements from many popular local florists, and honestly have been somewhat disappointed!

For the amount I spent, I expected a bigger bouquet and gardenias that did not wilt after 1/2 day. The size is in comparison to what I get for my money from other flower shops. I am sorry, but I likely will not order from here again.

Your order was made fresh right before delivery. It had about three South America roses, four gerbera daisies and 8 to 10 stems of gardenia. The arrangement is in the a 8” glass vase for height. Once gardenia opens, it will only last a day or two before it turns yellow and welt. There are some gardenias were fully open and some still in buds. I will gladly replace the flowers that did not last in a reasonable time. Please let me know if you would desire for a replacement. Thank you.

I was especially impressed with how easy it was to order online, and with their ability to deliver on Valentine's Day, normally such a busy day.
