If I could leave zero stars I would. I paid $85 for flowers that were never delivered. I received a fraudulent delivery confirmation stating the flowers were hand delivered to my mother at her address - they weren’t. Nothing was delivered to that address, nothing was delivered to my mother. I verified that address on the order is correct. This was a Mother’s Day gift and I had to ask my mom whether she received the flowers after getting delivery confirmation from you and she had no idea what I was talking about. I emailed the store and left a voicemail about this and received no reply. I called the store and spoke to some very rude girl who insisted again that the flowers were handed to my mother, this time saying they were handed to my mother at her car at 9:10am, instead of the 11:45am delivery in the email confirmation, neither of which are true. Your employee made no effort to remedy this or even apologize if it was error on your part and only told me that the owner would call me back later today. She then HUNG UP ON ME. She never asked for my name or phone number either. Terrible experience and a complete fraud. You stole $85 from me for a order that was never delivered and were incredibly rude on top of that.

Flowers were beautiful and the presentation was gorgeous. I am very disappointed though that the vase that I ordered was not with my flowers. This is odd as I ordered these over a month ago. I would have expected to have issues with items had I ordered late, but as I said, this was ordered in mid January.

The sympathy arrangement was impressive with full, gorgeous, yellow and white blooms and looked exactly like the picture on their website, except for the container that it was in. The description indicated that might be the case so it was not a surprise. I requested a picture of the arrangement and needed some help with the card because I could not type in everything online. The ladies at the shop were more than helpful and accommodating. The delivery was on time and the recipient was delighted. I will be giving Flower Expressions more business in the future. Thank you!

What wonderful service. They needed to amend the order (exchanged the vase and the wire heart wasn't available), but what they sent was more beautiful than what I ordered. At first glance I wondered if the small size vase and flowers were delivered because it didn't look quite as full as the picture for the medium size.

I have used this company before and had a great experience the first time. However, this time, I was a little disappointed with their work. I ordered a bouquet of tulips as a gift. Someone reached out to me via phone right away as I was notified tulips were not available. They tried their best to make substitutions with roses instead. But the product that was delivered did not look comparable to the tulip bouquet I had ordered. I was not too happy with how it turned out unfortunately.

Ordered Dish Garden online for a Funeral. Was notified the item was delivered on time, which I was thankful for. However, when I arrived at the funeral home, the flowers were not the ones that I had ordered and did not look like the representative photo on the web page. The flowers which made up the Dish Garden appeared to be withered and "unhealthy"; definitely NOT the bright flowers/peddles which are represented in the photo from which I ordered. Disappointed to say the least, in spending over $100 for this Garden which the flowers and basket did not look like the item in the photo (which I assumed I was purchasing). Bouquet that was sent was NOTHING like the picture and looked like it came from 7-Eleven. The picture we purchased was a short stem bouquet with 6 yellow roses surrounded by yellow flowers and variegated leafy greenery in a low modern square vase. What was delivered was 6 tall stem roses with peach tips in a tall vase with babies breaths and fern!!! I spoke to Joanne who was initially willing to correct the error using different colored roses and filler flowers to match, but the next day I got an email stating that "we are not going to be able to fill your order as we can not get what you have requested". They promised a full refund in the next few days... Very disappointed!

Where do you go when you live out of state and you want to shower a loved one with flowers? The internet of course - and Flower Expressions was the site that caught my eye. Based in the same town I needed delivery to, I was super happy to see that I could just ask for a designers choice bouquet, and know that I was getting a custom arrangement. I asked for just a bouquet, but then they called me to remind me that due to the large amount of deliveries for Mother's Day, my bouquet might not be as fresh at the point of delivery. Definitely not! I was very disappointed! The flowers was left by the doorstep wrapped up in a plastic bag ! Because they did not able to deliver it on time, the recipient was out of the house. The flowers was left outside in a snowy weather for 2 hours! What do you think will happen to the flowers? They emailed me on the delivery date to inform me that they can’t deliver before lunchtime, fair enough... but i did email back and tell them to ring the recipient before the delivery because they are dining out.

I was very pleased with the communication, delivery and presentation of the Elegant Wishes bouquet by Flower Expressions. I ordered online and was informed immediately via email that my order was received and that a substitution would be made for one of the flowers shown due to inventory. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
