I received a picture of the bouquet as it had been delivered: It did not meet my expectations, nor the picture on the website at all. It looked messy and although I opted for the medium version, there were only a couple of bright flowers in the arrangement and the majority seemed 'green filler'. Coming from a country - the Netherlands - where flowers are more affordable I might be spoiled, but for me this was definitely not what I expected for the amount of money I spent.

I have always loved the combination of "wild flowers" and traditional flowers. Flower Casitia hit the nail on the head with this blend. The service is spectacular, the flowers gorgeous, and the price is affordable. I own a MedSpa, and we receive a delivery every week, which brightens up the reception area. I get at least three to four compliments a day about the flowers from my patients. I am thrilled to have their beautiful arrangements to enhance the ambiance in my Spa, and the best part about it is that I get to take them home on Friday to enjoy them myself!

The flowers are absolutely incredible, as always. I do wish the delivery person had told us to add water right away. It didn’t come up so we delayed and the flowers aged and dried very quickly. We should have know but reminders are always nice. This is by far the best florist and we will be back!

The flowers were beautiful, the tag with the cost, that was delivered to my friend who just lost her long term partner was not. It looked like I bought her reduced flowers as the original cost was scribbled out and a lower cost was written in large black marker. It just was tacky, and considering the price I paid I expected a lot more. I let the store know and they seemed pretty disinterested in the experience. I do have a picture I wish I could upload it.

This was by far the most stunning arrangement I've ever purchased from Flower Casita (I've purchased numerous arrangements from them over the years). But sadly, after 24 hours it was almost completely wilted. The foam seemed wet when it arrived, so I waited till the next day to water it. By then several of the stems were already drooped, and the beautiful poinsetta leaves were wilted. I added a little more water, even though the foam was still damp, but it continues to droop. I've having to remove most of the blooms. Perhaps it was because it was in foam, rather than a vase? Other flowers I've purchased have remained fresh for days.

very unhappy with what we were told when ordering the flower's, we were told they would be delivered by noon on the 5th of nov. which was not true according to the person i talked to when i called again on the 5th. I was told the first time when i ordered the flowers they would be del. by noon and then they were'nt so i called spoke to someone else and was told that they CANNOT guarntee that and do not know why i was told that. These Flowers were a surprise for our daughter's Birthday and she was going out that early afternoon with husband and friend's. correction said they would be delivered by then or by 12:30pm. Am not happy with the way they are doing bussiness. Donna White. I hesitate to order thru them again. This was exspensive as far as we are concerned.

You do beautiful arrangements, that is reason I chose you. But you failed horribly this time.
I know it’s wedding season and graduation time and you are very busy. But my friends floral arrangement was not up to par! That was not worth the money I paid. It was nothing like the photo. The flowers were not modern.
2 roses just plopped in and nothing unique.

I wanted to send my Mom a beautiful and unique arrangement for Mother's Day. I live out of state and found Flower Casita through a google search. After reading lots of the positive reviews I pulled the trigger.

My mom was so impressed with the arrangement. She sent me a photo and so was I! I opted to add a few more flowers as it's been my experience that although arrangements look good online, they usually show up sparse and miniscule. Not this one! And NOT because I added more flowers. In fact, I could have save a few bucks and just ordered the regular arrangement pictured. It was stunning!! I will always use Flower Casita in Petaluma. They are the best. Also, I ordered them last minute, and they delivered the next day, in time for Mother's Day!!

Great customer service, easy website to order on, gorgeous flowers and a nice hefty size of an arrangement all at a great price! :)

After spending an hour in person in the store to create my two orders, this was the second pick up… and unfortunately the second pick up where I was met with an order not as discussed. Again one of the flowers discussed was not included in the bundle. Before leaving, the gal working tried to find an alternative flower to take the missing flowers’ place, but was going to charge me additional for the correction.
Prior to my experience, I had only heard great things, but sad to share my overall experience was not a great one. Usually, easily rectified, however the two orders were for my wedding and reception, not things you can try again for the right flowers.

The flowers were beautiful. They arrived closed and within an hour the Peonies opened gracefully. The greenery was also lovely and complimented the pink Peonies wonderfully. What an unbelievably wonderful and refreshingly satisfying experience purchasing from Flower Casita is, from researching their website for the perfect arrangement for any occasion, to completing orders, to meeting the florist and seeing the arrangement before it was sent off to a beloved client of our firm - the guidance, service, and products are nothing short of brilliant and exemplary.

Of particular note is florist Tali's sensitivity, ear, and eye with which she works and creates all her arrangements: she is in tune not only with the changing seasons, but to the messages her clients want to send through their chosen blooms and styles, which are they carefully wrought into some of the most arrestingly beautiful and creative floral pieces of art I've had the pleasure of beholding, and at extremely reasonable prices to boot. (And for the naysayers and doubting Thomases and Thomasinas, their standard-tier offerings are above and beyond most floral standards offered elsewhere; in fact, their photos reflect their standard-tier offerings, not just those from their deluxe tier, as so many other commercial and large-scale florists tend to do.)

Also of note is the high level of care of shown to all customers at Flower Casita, which is given to anyone and everyone who comes by, purchase or no purchase. I never once felt rushed or pressured to make any decisions or to purchase anything, and upon making special requests, have always been kindly and honestly informed of its feasibility or of possible alternatives.

When you enter the shop, you feel like you're part of it -- in the middle of everything -- surrounded by blooms on display in the workspace and floor; one might get the sense one belongs there or when greeted by the staff, and sense of purpose and calm permeates the space, as does the beauty and sense of possibility the fresh blooms, foliage, and branches bring while waiting to be incorporated into the day's works.

I recommend Flower Casita without reservation or hesitation to anyone on any budget for any occasion and any recipient; neither you nor your intended recipient will be disappointed.

I discovered Flower Casita by chance when looking for a florist to deliver flowers to my sister in Petaluma (I live in San Diego).

There is only one thing that I might complain about with Flower Casita and that is that they do not have their store in San Diego!

Lovvvved the Flower Bowl soooo much!
The shades of the sunflowers complimented
the magentas in the Foxglove and there was a very interesting variety also included with magenta spots that was so unique, Gold parrot tulips acccentuated the entire bouquet.
AND they were delivered in such a neutral gray bowl that is truly lovely!
Thank you for your creativity and the time you give each offering. I can really feel your love and caring...how special at this particular time when so many of us feel like we are drifting in our own realities.

Oh the magic that is the flower creations of Tali (Flower Casita). She have a way of making flowers talk...sometimes it’s a conversation among themselves. Sometimes it’s a poem, and sometimes it’s just a word that leaves me breathless. Such art! Never have I ever had a bouquet steal my heart the way hers do. Not to mention she has a way of picking/finding the best representative of every flower out there. Looking for tulips? She has found 3 of the most exquisite ones in the world. Have a soft spot for ranunculus? The colors and she has will make you want to kiss them. And then she finds and displays flowers You have never seen that you are reminded how beautiful and wondrous this planet is to create such a little gift for all to enjoy.
