Did an amazing job! Customer service was amazing! I made a mistake in putting the wrong address on accident for delivery and they had the driver go back to try to get the flowers back to re-deliver. Super helpful!

The placement of the flowers could have been better. It’s looks like it was rushed. The order was placed in advance so time should not be an excuse. My 65 yr old mother re arranged her flowers and it was beautiful. I didn’t expect it to look exactly like the picture shown, but it’s looks completely rushed and the flowers not spaced out at all. Take your time and compare the arrangements to the pics advertised. That’s what we expect. A close resemblance.

I’m in Las Vegas, I searched diligently for a place that would deliver some beautiful last minute flowers to a loved one in town. Flower Carriage did not disappoint! The arrangement was absolutely stunning and my receiver LOVED them. My experience was amazing from start to finish. I had ordered flowers through another place that failed at delivering my mothers birthday flowers in time. Thank goodness for Flower Carriage by Ms. Cardel. I called the shop around 12 and let her know how another flower shop was unable to deliver in time and they were for my mothers birthday and she assured me they would deliver before 4. Oh my goodness, this Chocolate Lovers Basket was highly loved by my grandfather. He has a major sweet tooth. I was very disappointed in my order, the first arrangement that was delivered was completely different then what I chose online. Completely different flowers and colors. The display was small and not full. I called the store to explain how unsatisfied I was. They made a new arrangment had it delivered again but was missing the beautiful flowers I seen in the picture I chose. Flower carriage tried to make it right, but it was for a very special occasion that I can not get back. I paid a lot of money and it would have all worked out if they could have easily "communicated" in the beginning we don't have the flowers you chose, but this is what we do have! I was told trucks were late, and due to covid. I easily understand that, but then please do not take a customers money if you do not have the products, especially money people work so hard for to go the extra mile at this difficult time. Never offered a discount or extra savings on a future order. I will not recommend them or use them again.

Sometimes on line choices disappoint. But this was really beautifully done, and contained a lovely range of unusual blooms, along with some standard things and delivered just the chic elegant vibe I hoped for. I was quite impressed and as a hard core gardener, that isn’t often the case. I could see that the designer put herself into making something lovely.

Very disappointed in what was delivered. It was nothing like the photo. We ordered the large upgraded size and spent a lot of money just to get something 1/2 the size of the photo. Sent email with complaint and never received a response. Very disappointed and will not use again.

Terrible experience! We wanted to thank the hard working nurses at Marian Hospital during Nurses Week. Ordered flower on Thursday to be delivered on Friday. Yes, it was before Mother's Day so understand that it was hectic but then they should have said they couldn't do it. So no flowers delivered on Friday. Called Saturday with some excuse about the hospital wouldn't accept flower deliveries. Called the hospital and they said that was not true. Called florist again on Monday asking for delivery. No delivery. Called and cancelled the whole thing on Tuesday. Called Rose of Sharon Flowers and they had a beautiful bouquet delivered within hours!

I placed an order a day before my anniversary and they delivered the day after, flowers were in good condition, I made a special request saying if they could delivered before 2 pm if possible and they actually were delivered at the time of request. I also called an hour before the delivered to confirmed if my order was placed and the lady answering the phone was super nice and helpful. I would Definitely do business with them again.

I don't expect the arrangement to look exactly like the photo I choose but when it was delivered and sent a picture to me it was missing quite few items . I called in and spoke to a magen and with great understand she took the time and went back to arrange her self the missing balloon and flowers. . Definitely now worth the money.

I was dissapointed with my service this time around. Nothing was wrong with the flowers themselves, they were beautiful but the delivery was very upseting. I chose to have them delivered to my mom for mothers day as a surprise. I got an email at 1:09 pm confirming their delivery. When i didnt hear back from my mom after a couple hours i decided to check in with her only to ruin the surprise. She had in fact not received anything. Initially i thought they were stolen or sent to the wrong address??? I called the business only to find out they were still in rout for delivery and almost didnt go out. This made me pretty upset. I couldve simply picked up flowers myself and taken them to my mom. My mom did not end up receiving her flowers until almost 5 pm.

Wow- this is NOTHiNG like the description. I even paid the premium Upgrade to send a wow factor. What I got was not what I ordered and what was expected. None of the described flowers were in the bouquet except for the roses. Giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I know this florist is capable of beautiful work. The arrangement I received looked nothing like the arrangement. These roses are a pale pink and already have brown around the edges and some on them are bending over already... Very UPSETING being that I paid $197.00 for this arrangement.
