I had bought these to be delivered to my place so I could give them to my girlfriend for her birthday while we were both there celebrating. The flowers were never delivered to my address, but the deliverer called and left a voice mail saying she had just left them at the delivery address. She obviously left them at the wrong address. I emailed Flowerbydesign and told them what happened and received a short reply in broken english by one Taheerah Taylor, who claimed the deliverer took pictures of the flowers at the time of delivery, and that I'd have to return the flowers to get a refund. First Miss taylor never showed the pictures they took, I have a camera on my door that would have seen anybody dropping off a package, and I was there at the time they claimed to deliver it. Secondly I can't return flowers that I never received. I'm out $85 for flowers that Flowerbydesign sent to someone else and the $20 delivery fee too. I can't recommend NOT using this florist highly enough.

Secondly we have photos of your door as well as the entrance. 3rd we’ve been delivering there for over 10 years we are very familiar with this location, lastly there is an instruction box for specific instructions you didn’t put any information nor did you place a card on order. As of 6:30pm this order still had not been delivered and have no confirmation as of yet. I just tried to call the number provided on website and says the mailbox is full. I need someone to please call me as soon as possible to verify delivery!

I had put a note on the order saying my girlfriend's office closed at 5, but she'd be leaving early (didn't know exactly when). If they could please deliver as early as possible I'd definitely appreciate it. I added at least a 20% gratuity (can't remember if it was more than that, but it was at least that). They delivered the flowers sometime after 4. My girlfriend had just left, major disappointment. I asked they go pick them up and refund my money (it was Friday, didn't want the flowers there all weekend, and the surprise was ruined anyway).

Awesome. I've had horrible experiences with national flower services- really, really bad. I decided to try to find a local service I could count on. I submitted the order online and Taheerah assured me my order would be taken care of, correctly and on-time. Do not order from this company. We ordered flowers to be delivered on April 16. Our credit card was charged, but no flowers were delivered. There is no one to answer the phone or return emails. We will be contacting our credit card company to report fraud.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the bouquet that I bought for one of my best friends on earth, and his wife. They went out of their way to let me know how beautiful and healthy the flowers were, and how beautiful the arrangement was as well. Price becomes secondary when you get service like this!!

Disappointed but it’s my fault gave a go again. When I called about delivery time, she gave me lecture of how it works…well then you should put some choice or note on what’s the expected timeline for delivery. It was delivered at 4:00pm for business. Too late given no choice to pick on all day timeline on web. Also just dropped off without getting people in office. Not professional at all. Actual flower scale was 1/3 of how it look on order picture. Sorry. No more from yours. It’s too bad that I really wanted this business to be reliable one…

1. I ordered and paid for 12 roses. Only 11 were present.
2. I received an email saying the roses were delivered and that was not the case. After many attempts to call I finally talked with Ty who said the delivery had not happened yet inspite of the email. I received the delivery an hour and a half later.

Tie at Jatcoia went above and beyond to ensure these flowers were delivered. They had to make a couple delivery attempts and reached out directly to the recipient to ensure they were delivered before she left the hotel. And of course the flowers turned out great as well!! Thank you again!!

Roses looked & smelled great, were in great shape but definitely just came in 2 cardboard boxes & not the nice lil gift box pictured! Actually probably only needed 1 box of the rose petals I received so the box for the rest of them would have made it 5 stars.

I bought this arrangement last minute to be delivered to my mother 2 days before Christmas. They advertise same day delivery. Well can I just say not only did they honor their advertisement but deliver in about 4 hours! Wow I am so pleasantly surprised it got to my mother so fast. Not only did they deliver the bouquet fast but the delivery person walked the bouquet 3 story's up to my mothers room! Amazing customer service.

This is the second time I order from you guys and I absolutely love the arrangements you do, the girl I’m interested in loved the flowers I got them for her birthday & she was impressed. I have to be honest I requested a 10am drop off not knowing you opened at 9am so I was worried that she would not get them in time, The only thing I suggest is that if you’re going to email customers at the end of the day that the arrangements were dropped off you should include a drop off time. Other than that I was very pleased with the service and that you got them there in a reasonable time around 1230, like I said your arrangements are TRULY BEAUTIFUL & I am very pleased with the service and I will be using you guys again in the future.

Received an email stating flowers had been delivered. Called 103 year old grandmother who stated no flowers from me, but candy was there. Called to find that driver had been there twice. Once to deliver flowers then to return due to forgetting the candy.Concensis is that they were left in front of door, but never made it inside. Shop did deliver a new arrangment, but two days after my grandmothers birthday. I think all could have been avoided if simply delivered rather than just left at the door. Or, called ahead so they woould know someone was home.

Also I spoke to the front and the driver was never told about 318 front desk stated that is a empty unit. My driver has a paper with your order and door number he didn't have to ask, he has your order in hand. Unfortunately people steal from the elderly and this is the case.

I ordered two arrangements for my mother and grandmother as I live out of town. One arrived a day early but the second one seemed to be forgotten. I could not get any one on the phone until right before they closed on the delivery date before Mother’s Day. I also upgraded to a deluxe arrangement to make them nicer, and when they arrived they appeared not bloomed but dry and wilted, so they never bloomed. I was very disappointed as she had to get rid of them within the next day as they let out a foul smell. Very disappointed with the experience

The flower arrangement was great. Thank you, the only problem I had was with the delivery. They came to the house & put the flowers on the ground in front of the door without ringing the doorbell. Anyone could have come by and taken them.

The arrangement was cute, though it was a tad smaller than expected. Short notice same-day delivery was great. The downside... The card message was not included in the delivery which completely took away from the sentiment behind the flowers.

Although my original selection was with just white and yellow flowers which I would have preferred, your substitution of adding red made for a pretty arrangement. My friend who was recently home from a long hospital stay was very pleased and thought her arrangement was just beautiful. She was happy so I was happy.

Taheerah went above and beyond with this bouquet. I let her know that sunflowers were the birthday girl's favorite, and she filled the bouquet with tons of them. She then called me to make sure that the red rose replacement was acceptable since it was different than pictured (which obviously it was). The bouquet was so beautiful, the delivery was very timely, I got updates along the way. The overall customer service was impeccable, and the price couldn't be beat. The ordering process was quick and easy and delivery was on time, however, the arrangement looked nothing like the picture. The arrangement my Mom received was white and red carnations with a few white roses and a white stargazer. She loved it so that’s what’s important. The site did say it may not be exactly what is pictured, but it wasn’t even close.

This was the greatest decision I've ever made about flowers. It was a few days before my wife's birthday and want some flowers sent to her. The hard thing was her birthday was on Labor day. Everyone I looked at was have to deliver the day before if lucky, or the day after. I called Jatcoia. It was the owner on the phone. She made the delivery herself on Labor day. Not only did she handle the bad timing but the arraignment was way above what I expected. This was a experience. Thank you.

My daughter was having a birthday and she needed something special. You see, she's a middle school teacher and school was about to start. It has been stressful to prepare for virtual school. She has been working very hard to set up a great online classroom for her students. So I ordered this pretty arrangement and asked if Jatcoia could add in some pink flowers too. Very pleased with the ease of ordering online, the promptness of the delivery, and the bouquet was very pretty, however I ordered lilies and instead it was a combination of roses and lilies.

Paid extra for a larger display of flowers. Wife received flowers on time but when I saw them the flower display looked like the smaller display On the website at a lower price. Wouldn’t not recommend paying any additional price to have bigger displays.

With this COVID19 situation and a lack of florist operating, I spent so much time researching adequate flower arrangements/florists for a dear friend who lost her mother. I was excited to have found a florist who delivered the next day. The flowers were beautiful and my friend was definitely greatly surprised!
