Never buying here again the bouquet was very poor on flowers and I paid 200 dollars for it
Unfortunately this is a scam company - please don’t use. They emailed me to say they delivered my flowers, my mom never got them, I called, some guy with a heavy accent answers “flower shop!” (No name- red flag 1)says (before I even told him who I was or what I ordered) “ok we’ll deliver it today what you want?”
I’m like, I haven’t even told you who I am or my order number! What information exactly are you going on?
I asked for a physical address because they claim to be in the same town as the delivery. As soon as I asked, he hung up on me and blocked me. Off now to report them to the BBB and my credit card company.
People, please please △⃒⃘lways check the reviews and the BBB. I didn’t just this once. And OF COURSE I got scammed. Ugh.
Absolutely love this shop. It never disappoints. I ordered this beautiful bouquet for my 80 year old neighbor. She absolutely loved it! She sent me a picture and it was exactly as described. Colorful, fresh and delivered on time. Will continue to do my business here. Also they have a wonderful assortment of statues, plaques inside and well as a wide variety of metal works outside. Stop by for a browse.

I’ve ordered this same item before and was happy with this purchase. This time very very disappointed paid extra for delux and looks nothing like the picture will not order anything from them again. Only reason for two stars was from past orders otherwise would have been one star.

I ordered a bouquet for Valentine’s Day, and the flowers were absolutely stunning—huge, fresh, and beautifully arranged. A week later and they still look amazing! I'm really happy with my purchase and will definitely order again!
TERRIBLE!! Ordered this Rose Sangria, full of flowers & fruit as a cheers to my retiring boss-she received a few PINK gerber daisies with some greenery…when I called he had all kinds of excuses and promised to deliver her a beautiful Xmas bouquet DID NOT HAPPEN!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!! The only reason for the one star is for the nice young man who delivered it
I wanted to send my sister a little bit of sunshine, and this was perfect! I really love the freshness of the flowers. This is my second time using this florist. I sent some for Christmas, and will send the last one in February to brighten her day - love this florist!

The flowers that were sent looked nothing like the picture. I know the form said that substitutions were likely but I thought the same color scheme would be kept. Partly my fault for not letting you know that I wanted the pink and purple colors. I did appreciate the quickness of the delivery.

I am totally unhappy with my order, the flower arrangement I ordered was for a death in the family and the flowers that were delivered were for a birthday or mother's day flower arrangement. They were totally inappropriate for the family. I am embarrassed. I tried to rectify the situation but the owner on the phone would not stop talking and wouldn't even let me get a word in. They never called me to tell me that they didn't have the flowers I wanted/ordered, and took it upon themselves to make whatever arrangement they wanted. This place does not know how to conduct business appropriately. Disgusted!

The Timeless Beauty Bouquet was absolutely stunning. So many beautiful flowers as well as flower buds for me to enjoy for many days..
I chose this arrangement because it was beautiful, unique, and an appropriate expression of sympathy. While I realize you may need to substitute items based on availability, the end result was extremely disappointing. Actually, I was horrified when the recipient sent me their photo. The arrangement looked unprofessional. I didn't even recognize this as what I had ordered due to the substitutions. And I had purchased the upgraded version to ensure a well put together product and best possible look.
The floral arrangement was nothing like what I ordered.
Dave called me before delivery. When he contacted me, it was to tell me that he did not have one of the flowers in the arrangement (photo online) but that he could substitute white roses for the pink roses. I told her that was fine, but Dave didn't tell me that He did not have the correct flowers for the arrangement or the right vase picture online.
To give you an idea, He substituted an orchid for tulips.
After seeing the photos of the arrangement, I placed a call with the FlowerBarn; on the first call, he listened but did not answer, the second time, I asked to speak to the manager (he identified himself as the owner and manager of the business) proceeded to raise his voice and be a bully and hung up. The person is shameless.
The arrangement was overpriced for the size and quality; It doesn't feel very good when your family is going through a difficult time. You send them flowers to make someone feel better, you select them carefully, you go through the expenditure, only to meet a person who thinks I'm going to tell you what you buy with your money, and this is what it's going to look like, and you better not complain, because I already have your money and there's nothing you can do about it
Although I'm grateful they were able to get my order made and delivered at the last minute, I have to say I was disappointed in the bouquet itself. It looked nothing like what was pictured. The flowers were jammed together and weedy looking. I totally believe in supporting local businesses but this was a letdown.

I realize that there are supply chain shortages. However what was delivered looked nothing like the picture. The picture shows roses, some sort of poppy rose and some sort of wild blue orchid (I can't be sure because I couldn't identify it when I looked for it). What my friend received looked like a dozen peach roses, a blob of hydrangea and small yellow flower (as filler -- which was the only thing represented in the original picture online). I do wish that the florist had called me to discuss what was available before delivering what was delivered. I would have been happy to discuss substitutions. I took points off due to the lack of communication from the florist to me as the customer.
The wreath created for my cousin’s wake was stunning. It definitely stood out amidst the other floral arrangements. We were so grateful the beauty of this arrangement reflected the beauty of her soul and her love. In addition. the service was wonderful. We will definitely be recommending Floral Barn to friends and family.

The Succulent Bowl that was delivered to my sister for her Birthday looked nothing like what was pictured online.
The arrangement was in a small plastic bowl, not terrracota ceramic looking vase that was pictured. There was just 4 broken succulents in a plastic bowl. I paid for the deluxe and it looked like it was less than standard.
My sister had to take it back and was given a vase with roses. I felt that I should have received a call telling me the succulents pictured online was not available and offered me something similar or gave me an option to cancel.
Very disappointed!!

i was told there weren’t white daisy’s, which was fine i was told i would get other flowers to fill it with instead. Except when i picked up the flowers, they were juts roses. a complete disappointment. I also put in a card saying happy birthday from every one, and there was no card included. Extremely disappointed.

Dale was wonderful and went out of his way to make a beautiful arrangement for my nephews birthday memorial, as he passed January 15, 2020. My sister was so happy, and the actual bouquet was even nicer than pictures.
The arrangement was exactly as advertised. The flowers were beautiful and arrived as scheduled.
Delivery showed up later than the time requested, and was missing the lilies. I was never contacted to alert me of any of these potential problems.

I placed this order at 7:40 in the morning. The bouquet was a birthday present and the order didn't arrive to the recipient's home until 7:30 at night. When I called the store to ask them about the delay, the man I spoke said "what do you want me to do about it? There's nothing I can do."
Flowers were delivered wilting. Vase water was very hot like it was sitting in a hot delivery truck for hours

There was only one bloomed rose and one bloomed daisy. This was for an upgraded version too. I wore an email addressing the issue but never received a response. I understand that the flowers won't look the same as the picture, but I'd expect the quality to be on par. I'm disappointed.
I purchased this specifically for the lilies because the name of my mother's passed dog is Lily. They were replaced with Gerber daisies. Had I known they were not available I would have chose something else. This was very expensive for roses and daisies.

The flowers were even more beautiful and full than the photo, the owner was absolutely great and super helpful! He went out of his way to make sure it was perfect and delivered on the hottest day of the summer. Highly recommend this company and I’ll definitely be using them again!!!
I ordered online and 5 minutes after I placed my order the flower shop called me stating they did not have the exact item I purchased online but would put together something similar and when it arrived I was very surprised and happy to see all of my instructions were followed and my wife was so thrilled with the flowers.

I purchased my order Sunday morning mother's day and I called in the afternoon to check and I was told they didn't have any. I called several times after and I was unable to receive any updates. at 4:30 pm I asked to cancel the order and I was told they will. It's been a week and I still do not have receive my refund. I will never use this shop moving forward. The worst customer service I have experience in dealing with a business.
Ordered pink n pearly pleasure for mothers day to the tune of 141.00. They said they left flowers outside (contactless delivery) only problem they never notified by phone flowers were delivered and either were delivered to wrong address or stolen. Called for replacement, the guy was combative but finally agreed to redeliver and they did only problem they delivered a cheap cheesy small bouquet of crappy flowers. Would never do business with these people again.
I was not happy at all. I ordered the carnival bouquet and all i got were tulips. There were no roses. No daisies. No nothin except tulips that weren’t even bloomed yet.
My experience with this florist was NOT good. I ordered a beautiful arrangement for my mother for mother's day. I was told it was delivered when it wasn't, and when they did deliver something a day later, it looked NOTHING like the arrangement I'd picked, nor was it worth anything close to the money I'd spent. It was even delivered without a card. I sent an email and got no response. I will never do business with them again, and I am posting reviews and pictures on every social media site so that nobody else has this experience. All I wanted was for the florist to make it right, but they couldn't be bothered because they already had my money.

I was not satisfied at all the case was not the same. The design was not the same either, it was missing the green spheres, it was missing that large leaf like bow either.
Terrible service and product. Avoid! Flowers arrived at 6:00 pm on Mother’s Day. Flowers were nothing like what was ordered, were not fresh and were haphazardly and chaotically put together. Emailed the company to complain and request refund and 5 days later they have still not replied.

The ordered I place looked nothing like what I paid for,at all. Is false advertising. They delivered as they said they would which is great. But what I paid for and ordered was not what I paid for. Very disappointed of what the recipient received.
The flowers delivered look NOTHING like the picture on your web site. Where is the pink filling inside the vase, where is the ribbon throughout the flowers....it is definitely not on the arrangement. I get sometimes flowers may change but the overall look of the arrangement should be the same.
My siblings and I are spread out in different states. Flower barn got a bouquet to our mom’s place of work on Valentine’s Day at an affordable price point so we could make her feel loved from afar.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a beautiful, white bleeding heart flower arrangement from the website. The owner called me immediately after I placed the order and told me that he didn’t have exactly what I ordered but he would send something “much better, bigger and more beautiful.” I assumed he would send something similar to what I ordered, but maybe use different flowers that he had in stock. The flower arrangement he sent to the funeral was horrendous. It was an outline of a heart made of dark purple hydrangeas and wilting orange roses that fell off during the service. It looked like a bowl of potpourri. It was embarrassing and ugly and nothing like what I ordered, and he charged us the same $235. I wrote him an email expressing how unhappy we were and he never responded. I went in to the store and brought my pictures and said how unhappy i was and he yelled at me and told me that he called and told me it would be an open heart. #1 that is a complete lie and #2 the fact that it was an open heart was the least of the problems. The fact that it was opposite colors, completely different design, much less flowers, wilted roses that were falling off, and was completely inappropriate as a funeral arrangement from the grandchildren.... THAT was the problem. Horrible customer service. Not apologetic at all. Buyers beware.
The order was processed and fulfilled in a very timely manner. However, the flowers that were delivered to the recipient were not at all the flowers that were selected and purchased. The types of flowers, colors and general arrangement was completely different from the order that was placed. An email inquiring about the order and also containing my concerns was not returned.
