I've sent a lot of flowers over the years. For years I used two online competitors for all my flower orders. After some recent disappointment in not only quality, but customer service, I decided I should probably start using a local company. I do appreciate small businesses as well.
Knowing I had a busy week ahead, I placed my order early to get it off my 'to-do; list. I was immediately greeted with a phone call from the florist confirming the delivery date. They wanted to make sure I hadn't accidentally chosen the wrong date. :)
The flowers arrived on time, and were impeccable. Fresh, bright, vibrant fall colors. And, they looked better than the picture - something I have found is RARELY the case; especially when ordering online.
We could not be happier with the outcome. FAF will be my go-to florist forever.

We were satisfied with the overall arrangement. However, we thought by purchasing the deluxe version it would be a larger arrangement. We understand that some flowers might not be available but we were disappointed that there were no lilies in the arrangement.

The florist called me after the delivery to be certain it was not an error - which it was on my part. They quickly retrieved the 2 extra arrangements and advised will adjust my bill accordingly.

Unfortunately i was underwhelmed by the arrangement. There were no white rosebuds at all. When my cousin texted to thank me and sent a picture I was shocked. They looked more like a grocery store bouquet than a professional floral arrangement. I live in another state so I trusted the 5 star reviews. Also the vase was entirely different more like the generic grocery store ones.

Please disregard my previous review. I was much too quick to complain. Upon speaking with the owners, I was told that I was given an upgrade. They are trying hard during this pandemic to deliver their best creations. The lilies in the arrangement were not the strong smelling ones. The best thing is that my friends loved it! I ordered this arrangement online to be delivered to a local funeral home for the wake of my friend's grandfather. The flowers arrived about an hour and a half before the wake began, so they were set up in place when the family arrived. The flowers were beautiful, exactly as pictured, and several people commented particularly on that bouquet among the others that were there. Some tasteful glitter was even added to the arrangement to add to it's charm. I would order from Flower After Flower again without hesistation!

I was quiet disappointed at the quantity of flowers in the bouquet as I paid for the upgraded version and it seemed to very basic. There were a few large hydrangea and a sunflower but not really much else. I would have hoped for a much more full present for my dad.

The flowers were beautiful and it smelled amazing. Order and delivery were quick. However, I was expecting a few more flowers in the bouquet. There was 1 lily and a broken piece of another. It was sprayed but only on one rose and half the lily. The rest of the bouquet was clearly not sprayed.
