About the Shop
We are a family owned flower shop located on Grand Island, NY and deliver daily to Grand Island (of course!), Niagara Falls, Kenmore, The Tonawandas, Amherst and Buffalo. Flower A Day, a full service florist, providing fresh flower arrangements, plants, fruit and gift baskets, and balloon arrangements. Wedding consultations are available with appointment. We endeavor to make every customer feel special and glad they called Flower A Day for their flowers and gift giving. Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I have ordered from Flower A Day for many years and they never disappoint! The arrangement was so beautiful! Such lovely colors and I'm sure so fragrant! Delivered the next day as promised and since I don't live in NY I'm always grateful for the screen shot they send me of their finished product that was delivered!
