Living in South Carolina I needed to send flowers to upstate New York. I got your name from a friend, went to your site and took the chance and ordered a Amerillis plant. I was initially disappointed that the flowers in the arrangement weren’t the same color as the ones pictured although the arrangement was beautiful. However, the recipient loved it and when I showed her a pic of the one I thought she would get and she said she liked the one she received better. The Flower A Day staff went out of their way to deliver my gift of flowers and chocolate to my sister, even when she was unexpectedly not home for the 2 initial deliveries that they tried to make. After speaking with them we agreed that it would be OK to deliver the surprise to her the next day, but one of the staff, ended up delivering it successfully on her way home! Talk about service. I ordered 2 Mother's Day bouquets to be delivered. They looked beautiful! The birch vase for the one bouquet was a nice touch and reminded my mom of her old birch tree that she loved. :) However, I was not as impressed with the size of the bouquets. For what I paid, I would've expected a little more "oomph." The vase on the one bouquet was the birch but the other vase was a lightweight and small glass vase that was less than impressive. I suppose I expected a little more for the price, that's all. Otherwise, beautiful flowers and colors, smooth, streamlined process, delivered on time, and made our mothers happy. :)

March is a big birthday month for my family. Every year I get flowers for my grandmother. I picked her out one of your spring arrangements (which was very beautiful), and loved them so much, I decided to order myself some flowers. But for mine, all I wanted was a bouquet of one flower. I chose daffodils! I read somewhere that they're the March flower, so that was my deciding factor. They're a gorgeous yellow and the "fish bowl" vase adds the perfect touch.

I ordered a bouquet for next Day delivery and it was there by 11 o'clock the next morning! I even got a picture in my email of what the bouquet looked like which I really appreciated because you never truly know when you order online what the product is going to look like. Could not be more pleased with my flowers. I ordered them online and was contacted the next morning because some of the exact flowers from the picture were not available, so they wanted to make sure it was okay to replace them with other flowers. I received a picture of the flowers once they were delivered and they were amazing!!

WOW wow wow ... I purchased pink lilies for my secretary. Our office has smelled AMAZING for the last 3 days. The vase was better than I thought it would be.
