Why offer same day delivery when you are unable to meet those needs? I order flowers to be delivered on the 13th for someone having a bad day. They weren’t delivered. You don’t answer your phone and have no voicemail set up to communicate. The 14th comes and goes, still no delivery. No response to my email, no one answers the phone, again no voicemail. Now the flowers missed their intended purpose, weren’t delivered on Valentine’s Day, and instead delivered on the weekend to a business. A business that was closed. So instead of waiting till Monday, you delivered them 3 whole blocks away to a completely different unrelated business. You’re response to my wife upon delivery to the wrong address was

“The only other option would be to retry delivery on Monday. It's in the square and is open today. So you can enjoy your flowers this weekend. Have a blessed day.”

I tried supporting local instead of a 1800flowers, but your business missed the mark not once, not twice, but three separate occasions. I would not recommend using your shop and will go elsewhere in the future.

Ordered flowers over the weekend and tried to call on Monday several times both phone numbers no answer, no voicemail set up,no email response. I had a question about maybe changing style of flowers.
Your emails says you can call, I don’t believe that, I did .
The flowers did show up and my Aunt said they were beautiful. Would have gave 5 stars if you would answer your phone or email ,not good business practice.

Dealing over the internet with Florist at The Villages was the first time in decades that their actual and delivered floral arrangement looked even bigger and better than it did on their website. Usually, with most florists, it is the opposite. What a wonderful experience this was.

I’ve received an handful of arrangements from Florist Lady Lake and decided to send my sister flowers for her birthday on Thursday from Florist Lady Lake and they are already wilted, dried and dead 2 days later and they were over $100. Extremely disappointed. I was a previous florist owner about 15 years ago, so I’m well versed in taking care of them.

Ordered online after hours to be delivered the next day. I did a follow-up the next morning by a phone call to the florist with the number that's on there website and got a (phone # is not in service) sent email to advise them but I never got a response. Although it did get delivered by 1pm it would've been nice to be reassured everything is okay. Don't think I will use them again.

The floral arrangement that I ordered was absolutely beautiful! It was delivered as instructed without any issues. I ordered the arrangement on line. The web site was easy to use. The arrangement delivered was nearly identical, but, slightly more beautiful, than the one pictured on line. I highly recommend this local florist in the Villages of Lady Lake Florida.

Your phone number that is on your website has been disconnected. I drove to the shop to see when the flowers were going to be delivered and
1. The shop was hard to find.
2. The two ladies did not speak a word of English.
3. When they showed me the flowers
A. The vase was different from what I ordered.
B. The Happy Birthday placard was not on the flowers they were not able to find the one I ordered and tried to give me some ugly balloons. I saw something on a planter that I would settle for and they could not find one in the shop so they just took it off the planter that was completed and stick it on mine.
The flowers themselves were nice.

The flowers my mom received were droopy and not fresh. They were so droopy you couldn’t see the vase. It looked like a bundle of flowers laying on the table. :( they started dying a couple days later.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Will never use this florist again. They delivered an arrangement and left it on the porch in the hot Florida heat. Recipient was out of town. No one contacted them regarding the delivery, even though they make you give them a phone number when you place the order, so there they sat. Needless to say, they are now beyond saving. Wasted $100. Tried sending multiple emails to the florist with no responses; tried calling the phone number on the website, which is a non-working number! How do you have a business with no way of reaching a live person? TERRIBLE customer service and experience.

The flowers I ordered for my mom for Mother's Day did not look anything like the photo advertised online. There were not many flowers in the arrangement even though I upgraded to the premium arrangement. And the flowers that were included were not arranged well and the arrangement looked unbalanced. I emailed the Florist at The Villages letting them know I was disappointed the same day they were delivered, after my mom sent me a photo. It has been over 2 weeks no one has responded. I am very disappointed. I will not use this florist again.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
