Florian
Florian is an award winning flower shop three years in a row! Florian is a full service flower shop located in Prescott, Arizona with easy access to Prescott and the surrounding towns of Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, Mayer, Dewey, Humboldt, Groom Creek, and Williamson Valley. We offer flowers for delivery, select gift lines, and wedding & event services. We hope to help you accomplish your floral and event needs.
ABOUT THE OWNER
Aileen Casillas
Aileen Casillas combines creativity and discipline in equal measure. With a background in floral, clay, and graphic design—as well as experience in administration, management, and fire and emergency services—she brings a uniquely versatile perspective to her work. Her floral career began as an assistant and grew into a professional designer role across California, Illinois, and Arizona. A graduate of the Floral Design Institute (2007), she also holds certifications as a Firefighter I/II and EMT, along with an A.A.S. in Fire Science from Yavapai College. Aileen’s work has earned her recognition in Prescott Woman Magazine, Yavapai College’s 2019 Alumni of the Year award, and the honor of serving as a Rose Parade Florist for the Tournament of Roses from 2020–2023.

The yellow roses in the arrangement arrived wilted. The small pink roses were largely dried out at the petal tips. The water in the vase appeared days old. I expected more for the premium fee I paid to upgrade.

I ordered an arrangement and scheduled delivery for the Friday before Mothers Day. I was called on the scheduled delivery day and asked if I would mind if they delivered on Saturday instead. I agreed, and I thought maybe they'd try and make my order look a little extra special because I had lightened their load on Friday. My stepmom sent me a photo of the arrangement on Saturday after she received it, and it was underwhelming, I was a bit embarrassed. There was no shape or design to the arrangement- just looked like the flowers were crammed into a vase. Many of the flowers had outer petals that were old and curling- should have been removed. Wish I could attach a picture. I know it was a busy weekend for every florist, and I don't typically leave reviews, but I got an email asking for my review, so here it is. This was not worth the $120 I spent- will not order from this florist again.

Florian is the most artistic, unique florist I have found in Prescott. Wonderful customer service, too. The owner adjusted my delivery date at my request, on short notice, to make sure they would arrive to my mom before she had to leave town. Being away for the military makes it hard to “show up” for things like anniversaries but I’ve ordered from Florian for a while now and they’re always amazing. It was my mistake in ordering the flowers for the wrong date but the shop was super cooperative and helpful in my plan B to have the flowers delivered to an alternate address after the initial delivery was made. While the flowers did not make it to the intended event due to my mistake, at least the flowers were delivered to the right party at the alternate/second address. What could have been a total disaster was a partial success thanks to the people at Florian.

They were incredibly wonderful!! I called last minute about needing flowers and candy sent to a relative for a special birthday!! The owner went out of her way to get them to the recipient. When she went to the address I provided, it turned out to be a post office box. She called me immediately, inquiring what she could do as she was unsuccessful in trying to call the recipient! I was finally able to get through to my relative and obtained the actual address. The owner immediately delivered the gifts to her. The owner was incredibly kind and went out of her way!! There is nothing more stressful than being out of state and choosing the right florist to send sympathy flowers through. One of our church members had a parent pass and we wanted to send flowers. Being halfway around the world and sending flowers to my family in Prescott is an important aspect to holidays. Sadly the flower arrangement I so online was completely different than what was delivered. so i ordered flowers through florian. i was told there were possible changes to the flowerd due to suppy chain. these flowers were not cheap!!
with tax, delivery it was over $90.
I was disappointed in the final bouquet. my neighbor, who the flowers were delivered to loved them, but she did not see what it was supposed to look like. It is a yellow and white bouquet. there were supposed to be yellow star lilies, yellow baby roses and white small flowers in a short square vase. we got the short square vase, but it was all white flowers with some yellow roses and yellow poms stuck in it kind of like in a circle - no star lillies or lilies at all!! very disappointing especially for the price!
i usually do not leave bad reviews. but felt i needed to.

For the same amount at another florist, I was able to get a larger arrangement of orchids, roses, Gerber daisies, etc, for a friend. I relied on this florist since I am out of state to really make a wonderful arrangement for my parent's anniversary but am disappointed. Instead of sunflowers with roses, a bit better quality of flowers would have been nice, such as a couple of orchids. The overall arrangement was fall colors which is fine but I would have thought for such a small arrangement, the money spent would get a better quality assortment.

It’s a shame that the bouquet she received doesn’t look like the one pictured nor is it fuller. It’s hard to find a florist that gives what they promised. This was quite simply the best experience I have ever had having something special created and delivered....I wanted to surprise a client/friend with flowers that did not look like I picked them up at the grocery store and oh my goodness, di Florian come through. In less than 24 hours (and for a Saturday delivery no less) Florian created a beautiful and out of the ordinary arrangement, helped me figure out the correct address after Id inadvertently sent the owner to the wrong house, and helped me make someone else's day. Hello! I was a bit disappointed that the arrangement that was delivered to my mom for Christmas didn’t look like the picture above/website at all. It was/is missing the red pop that is pictured and was put in a clear (mason jar like base) and not a gold base like pictured (or at least a nicer base). I paid over $100 for this arrangement and I understand if flower avail is challenging right now but wish you would have added at least more color and tried to match the “wow” factor a bit more like what was sold to me on the website. I was very excited to try your company as I send my mom flowers in Prescott several times and year. The arrangement in the end was nice and used different elements but again I wish it had the color pop I was extremely drawn to. In the future, maybe a quick call to discuss changes with your customer before it’s sent might have gone a long way to set expectations. Thank you for your time.

I ordered a beautiful arrangement, Bowl of Joy by Bloomnation, for my wife for Mother’s Day. When it arrived on Friday the flowers were Left on our porch in the cool shade - which we appreciated. They looked very nice, but they completely died by Sunday evening. She threw the entire arrangement out first thing Monday morning. Even the greenery in the arrangement was dead and brittle.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
