|The bouquet that was delivered looks nothing like the one I saw in the photo when I bought it.
Few and poorly arranged flowers
The vase didn't look anything like the one in the photo. It was ugly and not elegant.
And the pink bow that surrounded it was a badly placed ribbon
A 3-year-old would have decorated it more beautifully.
It was for a gift and I was very upset when I saw the photo of the bouquet.
I have contacted the store to express my displeasure and ask for an explanation but have not received any response.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
