Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (818) 222-2446, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (818) 222-2446 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

From the time I ordered this to the time it was delivered, it was less than 2 hours (although they didn't live that far from the store). My friend that I sent it to said she had never been given anything so beautiful, from such unusual flowers to even the vase. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. However the light pink Rose variety that we used has greenish, wavey tips and it might have looked like they are not fresh but we can assure you that this is the shape of the Roses and they were very fresh.

I love the quality of flowers and the work at this shop.

The flowers were beautiful. But I travel for work…. And simple things like a surprise mean the world to my wife and I. Especially on our anniversary. I spoke to someone there and they apologized. But it never really gives you back the moment. Ever. So. Unfortunately I was a bit unsatisfied with the handling.

Unfortunately I was not pleased with how the arrangement looked versus the pic. When the arrangment was delivered is was mostely all white flowers Hydragias75% and barely any other flowers. I have pics if you would like to see the difference...its a completely a different arrangement and nothing at all what I paid for.

We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the arrangement. We can assure you that we always work with a recipe , which in this case it's 2 white hydrangeas, 1 purple kale, 5 lavender roses, 3 white stock and 3 purple lisianthus, unfortunately not every time flowers come same size and it could well be that in this case the hydrangeas were bigger and looked over powering. Sometimes pictures are taken in different angles and will make arrangement look different from our web picture. We can assure you that we gave you a full $65 value in your arrangement.
