From our gift-like packaging to our photo confirmation emails to our easy checkout process, we’re changing gifting for good. I know there's meaning behind every gift our customers send. I ordered a Valentine’s day gift for my girlfriend with a card on it. She received someone else’s flowers with a birthday card for someone else. I tried to contact the florist several times the day after and got no response.

The bouquet I ordered did arrive and it pretty much looked like the photo, but I got an e-mail telling me it had arrived on the day I asked for, the 13th, the day of my friend's birthday. It did not. It arrived on the 14th. I will probably order again from Florals by Kait because I like to buy local and the arrangement was pretty and imaginative. But the fact that it arrived a day late without any notification--Quite the contrary, I was notified it had arrived on time--is why I'm only giving this business 4 stars rather than 5. We had a snow storm the morning of the 13th, so I get it that there was a reason for the delay, but I should have been notified of the delay. I'm going to order from this florist again because I really like the arrangements but I won't continue to do so if this kind of thing happens again.

While I understand that flowers are seasonal and some substitutions must be made, adding cheap greenery instead of flowers is not a solution. "Brighter Days" become "green and wilted". The flowers were not fresh, rather wilted, and probably won't last more than a day or two. The bouquet was lopsided, with loads of greenery on one side and most of the flowers on the other. It was a disappointing birthday surprise for my mother.

We were placing a floral delivery on line but I had my husband call the store to confirm same day delivery. When he called, Kait answered the phone and she was absolutely lovely and she even knew the family we were sending the arrangement to so that was a sweet surprise. She confirmed same day delivery and that all the flowers in the arrangement were in stock! They delivered the flowers within hours and our friends just loved it!! I ordered “ Brighter Days” for a friend but they received “ Dark and Gloomy”. The zinnias in my backyard are nicer. These flowers and dark green bushy fillers are very cost affective for the florist, not so much for the customer. There wasn’t one peach or lavender colored flower in the bunch.
I tried to contact the florist 4 times before writing this, but no answer. This site won’t allow me to import the photo which would have been self-explanitory.

I wanted to send flowers to my sister who was graduating. I ordered around 10:45 with a note advising the recipient will be leaving school at 2pm. The delivery was done by 1pm. My sister was so happy. The flowered are beautiful. Glad to be able to also support a business I was not aware of in Branford.

I called to find out what the issue was, and they let me know the driver had trouble finding the house and the order was accidentally marked as delivered, but they would deliver tonight or tomorrow morning.
They were not delivered until 2 days later after I called again and left a voice mail.

I always order Florals By Kait for my grandmother who is in a nursing home. She loves the flowers. They brighten up her room. I am so happy I can send love from far away. The mason jar is a particularly good option if you're concerned about whether the recipient will have a vase/ be able to transfer the flowers.

I was very disappointed in my arrangement. I wanted to send something special to a dear friend of mine congratulating her on her new baby. The flowers arrived with some dead and tons of wilted ones. My friend even sent me a photo of the arrangement and asked!! The flowers were not arranged as pictured AT ALL. I was extremely disappointed and still am.

My husband ordered these for me for Valentine's Day and they far exceeded any expectations I may have had about VDay florals. The blooms chosen by Kait were some of my absolute favorites, especially the peonies and lilac! The touch of the rustic rope bow around the vase was truly lovely. These were a bit "non traditional" for Valentine flowers, but perfect for me. I have been enjoying their lovely fragrance all week. Thank you, Kait, you are a queen at what you do!

The flowers were beautiful, but dramatically different from the images online that I chose from. This is understandable due to the difficulty obtaining certain materials/flowers. The website advertises that you will receive a picture via email of the arrangement to be delivered, which I never received. I received an email confirmation of the delivery on 10/25, but the arrangement was not delivered until the next day after I called and left a message to confirm the order. I recommend that you call to confirm all delivery dates and specifics of each arrangement.

While I understand there are a lack of certain flowers due to the pandemic and season, what I ordered didn't even come close to what was delivered. The arrangement was disappointing to say the least. I emailed them to share my concerns and never received a response. A shame as I really try to be supportive of local florists rather than the big internet floral shops and this was subpar.

What a beautiful Mason Jar Bouquet, created especially for my granddaughter's 4th birthday celebration! Since I live in Tennessee, I wasn't able to be there, and had to rely on reviews from other clients in choosing a florist. My instructions included that her favorite color is pink, and Kait used the most beautiful PINK hydrangeas, roses, and other large flowers....definitely no skimping! The delivery lady also went above and beyond in finding my son's driveway/home, hidden behind a large pine tree. We sent this recently to a relative with a health hurdle. She sent photos. The bouquet was beautiful, although hers contained a majority of pink roses, unlike the sample photo on the website. She was very happy with the arrangement, so all is well! (And hopefully, she will be too, very soon!)

The same day delivery was a super great option, but the flowers themselves were disappointing. I paid $65 before tax and delivery and the size of the bouquet was about half the size of the bouquet shown in the photo. I am completely understanding of substitution due to weather, unavailability, etc. but instead I received a bouquet that consisted of 2 color roses and 1 type of green. I wish I was able to post a photo so you can see the comparison.

I ordered a Mason jar of flowers online to be delivered to a grieving family member. The bouquet that was put together for her was beautiful and exactly what I asked for..bright and cheery. The only complaint I have is the placement of the flowers when delivered. They were left in her driveway. If she hadn't looked out the window she may have never seen them before it was too late. I understand it is a pandemic, but a message or phone call to let us know where they were would have been great.

Good customer service however the amount of flowers for the price was disappointing, I was disappointed for that reason. I think I counted maybe 8 flowers and greens when I got the picture from my friend for $45.00..

Delivery was terrible. Flowers were left unprotected on a cold day in front of the garage door. Someone was home. It would have been easy for the deliverer to make a quick phone call instead of leaving them in the driveway unprotected.
The flowers are very nice, but this was upstaged by the total experience.
