I paid for same day delivery to the hospital. Called the shop and was told the order was out for delivery. ORDER NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!!

Yesterday flowers were sent and they were incorrect. I was so livid that I wrote a review on here before giving the florist the opportunity to fix it. For that, I owe Fred a HUGE apology. My review was truthful, but I over-reacted.
Fred called this morning as soon as he saw there was an issue and discussed it calmly and politely with me.
His customer service skills are brilliant. He was kind and considerate of how I was feeling. He listened to me. And in all fairness, he had no clue that the wrong arrangement was created and sent to my recipient.
Floralilly is an exceptional florist. He is handling the situation and is even sending out another arrangement.
I over-reacted. I jumped to quickly. I apologize for the last review..it was unwarranted.

I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered before noon on 12/30,$73.04 ,and they weren't delivered. It's 1/17 and I still haven't received a refund and I've called several times a week. The man on the phone makes excuse after excuse! I'm plotting my next step!

I had a great customer service experience with these folks. They delivered flowers to Duke Hospital. The hospital lost the flowers, and they never made it to the patient. After speaking with the florist, they offered to remake the flowers and deliver them again to ensure that my friend received them. This was very generous on their part, and I was very grateful. My friend loved her flowers.

As before, Floralily has exceeded my expectations with my order and delivery! Flowers arrived on time, in perfect form and my mother reported that the flowers were not only "gorgeous" but lasted over a week. The recipient never received her arrangement and has left now. I am greatly disappointed as I had hoped to surprise her with a floral arrangement but Floralily failed. I’d give a zero if I could. Floralily charged me right away when I placed the order but nothing received:( There are a lot of florist in the Durham area. I should have read the reviews and I would have known to find another florist.

Flowers were ordered a week in advance so as to not rush. Flowers arrived as scheduled with broken stems, buds damaged and discolored, bent stems on other greenery...my 6 year old grandson could have created and delivered a better arrangement. Called to complain about the overall SHITTY ARRANGEMENT but no-one has reached out to me nor do I anticipate them doing so! They got their money and ran! I could have gotten a far better arrangement from a grocery store or roadside vendor that looked much better than what I got for a cheaper price as well!
I gave them 1 star because there was nothing less than that, I will never use this group of thieves again nor would I recommend them for any reason whatsoever!

Flowers were decent a lot of them already on they’re way out... I was told they’d be delivered before noon ended having to go get them. I understand it was Mother’s Day but if you could t make the delivery in a timely manner then you should have said something. Card on the preview looked good... words were italics, got the card it was basic print, 3 layers or advertising an then the card folded up. Still waiting on my delivery fee to be refunded smh... won’t use this company again!!

The flowers were supposed to be delivered on Friday, but the delivery person broke the vase. They delivered the next day and said they’d put some extra flowers in to make up for it. (I had already paid extra for the premium version of my selection). I got a photo of the flowers from the person who received them and they looked NOTHING at all like what I picked out. Very disappointed.

We ordered the Marshmallow Dreams Premium for my mother’s 97th birthday. They were delivered on time and she loved them! She has an apartment at Croasdaile Village and has many visitors from there stopping by to say Happy Birthday. They all thought the flowers were wonderful. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I ordered an arrangement as a Mother’s Day gift for my mom, who was in a nursing facility following major surgery. She unfortunately had to return to the hospital and I attempted to change the delivery location to the hospital days before it was due to deliver. I was told by the answering service that the address change would be communicated to the appropriate people to ensure my mom received the arrangement. Not only did she not get the arrangement, but the flower shop was closed on Sunday, the day the of delivery. I reached out to request a refund, and the answering service told me they couldn’t help, someone from the shop had to reach out. It’s been more than 24 hours and I still have no communication from the shop. This was the worst experience I’ve had ordering an arrangement and I do not recommend using this florist or company.
