|Fred called this morning as soon as he saw there was an issue and discussed it calmly and politely with me.
His customer service skills are brilliant. He was kind and considerate of how I was feeling. He listened to me. And in all fairness, he had no clue that the wrong arrangement was created and sent to my recipient.
Floralilly is an exceptional florist. He is handling the situation and is even sending out another arrangement.
I over-reacted. I jumped to quickly. I apologize for the last review..it was unwarranted.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
