Floral Focus is a full-service flower shop based in Mountain Top, Pennsylvania. It specializes in customizing the needs of each individual with detail. The shop features unique blooms for in-store purchase. With a Parisian styled ambiance, Floral Focus aims to bless each customer with beautiful aromas for your senses.

ABOUT THE OWNER
Hayley Forgatch

Hayley is currently the head operator at Floral Focus and Crestwood High School graduate. She has completed the 270 hour Floral Design Course from the New York Institute of Art and Design. She is also a graduate of King's College with Bachelor degrees in International Business, French, and Accounting. Her focus is to creatively meet the needs of the community through a combination of work ethic, passion, & grace.

Ordered late in the evening to be delivered the next and they came shining through! They sent a photo prior to delivery to make sure I was satisfied. Also,
I’m sure because of the timing, they disclosed that the arrangement would be “florist choice/in-stock availability, which was simply beautiful!!!

Bouquet delivered same day as stated it could be on website! Recipient was very happy just not sure there was a door knock or doorbell ring when delivered but it was found.

Glad she liked the arrangement! The door bell was rang twice and the screen door was locked in front which might have muffled the knock sound. Sorry about the confusion there but happy she received them! Some of our customers like us to call the recipient before sending out the flowers. Absolutely wonderful experience as always. These were for my wife’s birthday and they were pretty much the most beautiful bouquet she has ever received. Ordering was easy, delivery was precisely on time and attention to detail on the wording of the gift card was really appreciated. Excellent Service from Floral Focus! It was my first time using this business since I recently moved to the area. I had same day delivery. The customer service was awesome. Usually, you don't see your flower delivery until it actually is delivered to the recipient, but to my surprise I received a text for approval of the bouquet. This was a fantastic experience with Floral Focus! I have had some really horrible experiences in the past with the major flower and gift companies so I went and searched "local". Floral Focus is my new go-to place. The site signup was easy and the shopping cart was also easy. The only trouble I had was that the thing I was ordering couldn't be delivered the same day so had to do a next-day delivery which is not unreasonable at all btw).

The arrangement was superb, one of the best I've ever had and I do like buying my wife flowers. She likes receiving them and my heart soars when I see her receiving them and seeing how that makes her feel.

I love buying local because small business owners like this are the heart and soul of this country. Throw in an awesome experience in terms of customer service and product quality and I just can't even consider one of the huge online flower places any more.

Well done Floral Focus. Skilled at what you do AND good customer service AND pricing? Just don't get too big too quick; you're doing it all perfectly right now.

Unfortunately they dropped the ball on prom. I ordered a bouquet and boutonnière online weeks in advance. Not only was my order unprepared, the order printout was nowhere to be found. The arrangement and boutonnière were made on the fly given my directive and with what they had available. The roses were wilting, the smaller roses had brown spots. Nothing was prepared for my order and I was very disappointed. It appeared they had run out of flowers and supplies as well. I, as well as others waited 30 minutes plus on a day where time is of the essence. I found out afterwards that this is a new business in the area but that level of unpreparedness in my opinion is inexcusable. I felt bad for my son’s date when I saw her arrangement compared to some of the other girls. Hopefully they learn from this and can bounce back.

Delivery Details & Tips

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
