|If the driver expects a tip then please place that aspect into the website order. The recipient of the flowers should not be tipping. That is inappropriate and not the point of a gift. Extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from you again.

We delivered this to the front desk of the public school at 11:00am. we are not permitted past the security desk due to security rules. the item called for 24 roses arranged in a vase with greens and bow, we made this exact to photo. we guarantee all flowers if you would like us to make a new one please call us. i did leave you a phone message. we don't hand wright the cards unless we are asked to do so, we use the card that is printed with the order. sorry for the miss communication, our job is to make you 100% satisfied. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
