Breanne Fuelling
I am the owner of Floral Excellence! My name is Breanne Fuelling and I adore flowers. I come from a long line of flower lovers. I was born into Southern California and have grown up in the Bartlett area most of my life. I'm a wife for a decade plus to Michael Fuelling, Lead Pastor of Village Church of Bartlett. I'm a mom to three wonderful children for 9 years! I'm a licensed clinical professional counselor and have used the art of counseling and continue to help people bring beauty into their own hearts and lives for 10 years. I'm a wedding and event coordinator for 13 years and have loved working alongside clients to reveal the beauty of their moments. AND NOW I am the OWNER of Floral Excellence! Owning a floral shop has always been on my agenda for my retirement. Thanks to Jamie, I'm starting early (without the retirement?). I believe beauty and redemption are all around us. I realize the bouquet I selected was a florist choice, but the example on the website and what my girlfriend received were quite different. The flowers were clumped together instead of dispersed through the bouquet and looked wilted/low quality. The greenery in the bouquet did not fit the theme and was very large and again clumped together. Overall, not what I expected after paying nearly $100. Additionally, the ordering form on the website allows you to schedule delivery for Sundays and Mondays, but the store is closed that day and it won't be delivered. This was my mistake, but still a bit confusing and I even received an email saying it was delivered on a Monday. Not an totally negative experience, but could've been a bit better.

My wife loves daisies. I saw the red envelope, the red roses, and the daisies, and I thought it was perfect for Valentine's Day. What wr got was a white envelope with no daisies. Not even sure how that is justifiable from a business perspective. My wife still likes them, but they are most definitely not what I ordered.

Originally I ordered the flower basket for my Mother in Law but she received a plant. When I emailed Bloom Nation about the mixup, they immediately sent out a flower basket. I couldn't ask for better service.

My mom called twice to say how beautiful the arrangement was! She even loved that the handwritten note they sent on our behalf had phenomenal penmanship. They were also great about communicating exactly when the flowers would be dropped off so they weren't sitting outside that long. I would definitely order from Floral Excellence again!

Floral Excellence is the best florist I have used in a long time. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the arrangement was lacking the one thing that I thought was most striking in the picture on the website of Color Explosion: the succulent. Or maybe the recipient’s photo that she shared with me just didn’t show it. In every other way it seemed pretty spot-on.

Overall the flowers were done very well and getting them for afternoon pick up was also very good but I was disappointed when the person helping me was ready to hand me the flowers without a cover on them to protect them from the weather and car ride I had to ask them to be covered. To me this part of customer service was very poor and unfortunately this will probably be my last purchase from Floral Excellence.

I ordered flowers for my aunt for Valentines day, and they were exquisite. I asked for purple, and they delivered in spades. The florist did a wonderful arrangement and my aunt was tickled pink. The driver, Michael, was so very accommodating. My aunt wasn't home, he waited and called but to no avail. He left me a kind message as to his predicament and the flower shop made every accomadation to deliver the flowers fresh.

I wanted to get my husband a small to medium size peace lily for Valentine's Day. The max is usually 18" high. The pot in the pic looked nice , so I ordered it. What I got was a 4 foot high, three inch circumference, monster plant. I was wrapped in a green foil, not red, not pink, GREEN piece of foil covering and old black dirty used pot. There wasn't even a ribbon on it. I ordered an artificial rose for 3.50 to dress up the plant a bit. I got a.25 pen with a cloth rose, which was taped to one of the leaves! Now I have a huge peace lily bush with no place to put it. When I looked it up I learned this variety can grow to 6 FEET TALL! It looked like something left over from Christmas that didn't sell, so guess who I it. I will never order from you again!

I ordered the flowers online when their office was closed and they took care of it the next day for me. My ninety-year-old mother was supposed to be returning home from the hospital but had to go back into surgery so I had to change the delivery address to her room at the hospital. The flowers arrived just after 5pm on the day of delivery, almost delaying our plans for my mother’s Birthday dinner. While she appreciates that she can enjoy them longer, none of the blooms of the lilies were open- not one- so we were quite underwhelmed when the flowers arrived. It would have been nice to include some open blooms in the arrangement like in the picture. It looks so blah- but my mom likes the vase. No blooming baby’s breath either. I honestly don’t know if I will try this florist again.

I absolutely loved using this service. I wanted to send my parents some flowers for their anniversary last minute and not only were the flowers beautiful but my mother loved the packing they came in! I ordered them the night before and they arrived the next morning! Also my mother said they smelled a lot better than normal flowers. I don’t know if it’s an essential oil or any added perfume but my mother loved it. She loved everything so much she asked my dad to start getting flowers from here.

I ordered 4 days in advance for florwers to be delivers to my boyfriends parents for a party they were having. The areangement was delivered WITHOUT THE FLOWERS. it was only leaves. I had to call the florist and tell them that the arrangement was wrong. They they told me they would pick up the flowers and deliver the correct ones but NEVER DELIVERED THEM!!!! I am so upset and will never use floral excellence again!! Horrible!!!

The main reason I ordered the Boldly Beautiful bouquet was for the exotic flower which stood out in the center. The actual bouquet that was delivered contained roses and carnations, no exotic flower, and looks nothing like this bouquet. Very disappointed as there is nothing special about the bouquet and I dom't feel it was worth the money.

I was HIGHLY disappointed by this business two years in a row. Last Mother’s Day, my mom’s flowers were delievered two days late and completely wilted. Thinking I would try to avoid that disaster this year, I ordered the flowers to be delievered before Mother’s Day. The delievery date has come and gone with no flowers being delievered (dispite receiving an email saying they were).

I have placed two orders with this florist, the first order was delivered 10 days before the requested delivery date and the second order wasn't delivered until 7:30pm on the requested delivery date, which was the recipients birthday. The product has been good quality, but the service has not been a good experience. I would recommend confirming delivery if you have a specific delivery date for your order, however getting a hold of anyone at the business was also very difficult.

I heard your flower arrangements were beautiful, so I was very excited. However my friend did not receive the flowers on September 5th as ordered. I was surprised that I did not get a thank you call from her, so I called her. She told me she did not receive any flowers. I called your store and was told that no one was home that day so they were not delivered. That is it. I was supposed to get a call back from your store explaining to me what happened and I never did. My friend told me they were delivered yesterday September 7th. She told me they were pretty. I do not think this is a good way to do business. If I would not have called to inquire what happened to my order would they just have never been delivered? Not a good experience

My mother lives in Elgin, I live in Utah, I contacted the seller to inform her of the wrong address I put in. She physically took the address down assured me that they would be delivered to the right place on the following day. Never delivered and did not return my phone calls. These flowers were for my grand daughters 18th birthday. The bouquet that I upgraded by paying more for was sparse with bare spots, the vase was a jar type and a completely different color, a sort of purple and different shape the ribbon was non existent. She got a piece of pink fabric that had come undone and was in a wad in the bottom of the paper.
However, she was very happy that we sent them and thanked us by sending a picture.
