Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I am from out-of-state and ordered a bouquet of flowers online at your site. My son-in-law sent me a picture of bouquet and it was absolutely beautiful! I haven't always had such luck when ordering online, especially when I'm in a different state, but I'm very, very pleased with the ease of ordering and the stunning bouquet that was delivered! I was absolutely thrilled with this arrangement!! I placed my order online, and I had fairly low expectations after being underwhelmed with the results of ordering flowers online in the past. BUT. . . The service at this shop was exemplary - I recieved personal text messages letting me know when my order would be ready and reminding to show up before they closed that afternoon. The flowers were gorgeous! Everything looked so perfect, we joked that it barely looked real. I did not pay a premium price for this order, but I absolutely feel that I recieved a premium product! I give 6 out of 5 stars.

They hand delivered the next day with no problems which was wonderful! The flowers are beautiful and bright which was exactly what I wanted. They're reasonably priced, especially for next day delivery. Simple. Perfect. Will definitely order from them again! Thank you!!!
