We are very sorry that happened. Unfortunately, it was an issue with the GPS, your friend did take the flower, and we also refunded you 100% it does take a few days.
Update
Did you think that maybe the house you delivered the flowers to took the flowers in? Your delivery driver called MY friend asking her if she can go pick up the flowers so she can pick them up from her or else she would have to pay for them out of her check. When my friend drove by as I was on FaceTime with her there were no flowers there. So it was not a GPS issue it YOUR delivery driver input the wrong address. I have the text messages from you driver to my friend.

|I am one of those guys who waits last minute to send anything to anyone and cross my fingers that everything will work out with availability of product and delivery. I was extremely impressed with the selection they had to choose from and even more impressed with how quickly delivery was offered same day!
The arrangement arrived looking better than it did online no detail was skipped it didn't not look like a last minute idea!
I will be back as a returning costume for sure.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
