|This would have been ok if perhaps the calla lily where white. I’m not sure I would have sent red roses for a birthday.

|The arrangement arrived with the yellow roses being substituted for coral roses. I was not notified or given the opportunity to revise or cancel my order.
When I phoned the florist, she was very nice and explained they were out of yellow roses and I should have received a call. She said she would resend my mom her yellow roses once she has them. If she does, I will definitely upgrade my review

|1) Ended up with a $130 arrangement that had the hydrangeas (half of the arrangement) wilted within 3 days, and roses lasted only 4 days (the other half of the arrangement!).
2) Deliver was a day late. Even though the florist did contact me on the original delivery day to ask for permission, citing issue with the quality of flower from supplier, I reluctantly agreed only because it was promised the "very next morning”. Of course, there were no signs of delivery or any update the next day by the evening. I had to call BloomNation directly to complaint before said arrangement was delivered, still WITH quality issues the delay was supposed to address. Subtracted one star for value, one for delay, and one for quality.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
