Guided by the adept hand of Leanne (Lee) Barber, the owner, who boasts over three decades of industry experience and a deep well of floral wisdom. Over time, Lee's journey has been marked by an evolution in floral design expertise, encompassing consultation for weddings and corporate affairs and creating singular floral exhibitions and upscale arrangements. ABOUT THE OWNER
Leanne Barber

Owner Leanne (Lee) Barber is a long-established Kelowna Florist with over thirty years of experience and extensive knowledge of the floral industry. Starting at the age of twelve at Village Flowers in Kelowna, Lee became an integral part of the family business through her teen years before traveling to Australia where she managed a local flower shop and trained with an Ikebana master. This experience greatly influenced her love for exotic flowers and simple, elegant design. Upon her return to Canada, Leanne took over management of the family business until it was later sold. Her work in the industry continued over the years as she gained more experience in floral design, consulting for weddings and corporate functions, and creating unique floral displays and high-end flower designs. Leanne established Floral Designs by Lee in 2008, and she continues to apply her talents as a creative designer and business manager in her own company. Leanne Barber's vision to stand out for unique, exotic and cutting edge floral design personalised to suit your needs has become a reality. Leanne's shop on Rutland Road is a great place where clients can meet her to discuss their floral needs. Her location on Rutland Road just north of Hwy 33 is easy to access and features an inviting display of floral beauty. Lots of parking!

How will I receive a new bouquet?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (877) 718-1155, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (877) 718-1155 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Lee is my go-to for flowers in Kelowna. Everything arrives fresh, on time and the flowers tend to last a really long time. I have never been disappointed. I tend to do online orders and Lee will personally phone for clarification on anything she needs to check. The customer service is awesome. Cannot recommend Floral Designs by Lee more highly.

Delivery Details & Tips

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
