Being out of the area when I ordered caused a mild amount of concern with no status update (I ordered a week in advance so an automated "Your forward are set to be delivered tomorrow would've been nice.), but, other than that, it was executed perfectly...the arrangement was gorgeous and integrated my girlfriend's favorite flowers...and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.

I've fallen in love with Floral Creations Florist! At least 4 bouquets / potted arrangements over the last 6mos, and they were all uniquely beautiful. The pictured "retirement" celebration bouquet received major ooohs & aaaahs from the party attendees.

On the single occasion that I requested a slight customization -- a grave bouquet to commemorate what would've been my Mom's 100th birthday -- the florists were so accommodating, and captured my ideas perfectly. My siblings were pleased with the outcome, and I'd like to think that if my Mom peeked from heaven, she knew how much she's still loved and remembered.

I live out of town where this floral shop is located. I wanted to send some flowers to someone in my family who lived near this shop. They did a wonderful job. Floral Creations exceeded even my high expectations with the Brilliant Elegance Bouquet.
It looks beautiful and I got the Deluxe version so it was a little larger than the picture. When it was delivered to my girl, I got a wonderful call that said that I outdid myself with this bundle. The biggest surprise was the scent, which my girl described as outstanding. Let's face it -- roses are beautiful flowers regardless of the color. But not every bouquet has a smell that fills the entire room. My girl couldn't stop saying how wonderful the scent was.

Brandy.... I read your comments and certainly understand you were disappointed in not receiving the the Premium upgrade you requested for your order. The florist in Utah did the arrangement as close as possible but we see from the photo given they did not use snapdragons, but larkspur instead and yes, they did the standard version not the premium as we requested. Unfortunately, the orders you have given us are mostly out of state and we do strive to give the other florist that is receiving the order exact instructions in writing the order that was to be designed. The florist in Utah is closed right now so when they open I will find out why they made the mistake of not doing the premium instead of standard version. I do apologize but I did speak to the florist and put it in writing that it was to be a premium version. I do wish you had let me settle the concern and mistake before giving us such a harsh review because I wasn't able to know about the problem and try to correct it as you called after business hours. I will correct the problem to your satisfaction as this was a lot of money spent but it was out of my control since the order was being delivered to Utah and I did what I was suppose to do on my end.

Floral Creations is the best. I count on them to provide a quality experience to my gal and they always deliver. Have a blessed Easter, friends.

First let me say that this arrangement is absolutely gorgeous. Not only is it gorgeous in picture it was gorgeous in person. Expectations were exceeded, arrangement looked even prettier in person. 40th gift for my sister, she cried and absolutely loved them. She was captured by the sentiment and beauty of these flowers and the arrangement.

I moved to Smyrna a little over 4 years ago. I needed a new florist to send my girlfriend, now fiancee, flowers for various occasions. I looked up different florists in the area and saw Floral Creations and liked what I saw for reviews and on their site. I visited the store and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I had flowers sent to my girlfriend at her work and she loved them. Flowers always fresh and instructions for delivery always followed. If wire service cannot provide what I need, Floral Creations' personnel work to get a replacement equal to what I ordered delivered. Great florist.

Succulents were very beautiful it's one large plant with mutilple really fresh looking succulents. The service was great, I called to ask question, they were very courteous. This was a GREAT experience. Ordered the flowers at 8am or so EST, and they were delivered by around 1pm to my best friend. This was just a gift to my long distance best friend and his wife to show thanks for being great people in my love and spread some joy during these times. The arrangement was gorgeous and while concern crossed my mind as to the quality of the flowers when ordering (a thought whenever I order flowers anywhere), my friend sent a photo and they’re perfect. Clean, lush and vibrant, the bouquet honestly looked better than it did in the menu photo - it even happened to contain some flowers that are very special to my friend’s wife... a complete coincidence, but you still get the credit!!! Thank you so much. I look forward to gifting them more through your shop:)

You never know what you’re going to truly get when purchasing flowers online from across the country. I wanted to support a local business in Atlanta for my Smyrna delivery.

I am an incredibly happy customer. We ordered flowers for a friend at around 9AM, and the flowers were delivered by 10:30AM. I don’t know if this is a typical turnaround time for this shop but I am very happy with the flowers themselves plus the quick delivery. This experience made me second guess why I would ever use one of the big online shops out there ever again. Thank you!!

I placed my order spontaneously, asking that the flowers be delivered early afternoon the next day. I was unsure how things would go, given the current chaos with businesses. The flowers were not only delivered in a very timely manner, the arrangement goes way beyond my expectations and made my lady very happy. In addition, I received an unexpected refund of part of my purchase. All in all, a wonderful experience on both the product and customer service levels.

My daughter was graduating from law school yesterday - virtually of course. She is living with my disinter in GA because we are still having house repairs due to Hurricane Michael and this is no place to study! Even though we couldn’t all be together we wanted to make the day special so I was looking for next day delivery of purple flowers. Not only was the delivery next day, but the flowers were GORGEOUS! This was the first time I used Floral Creation Florist. I am from out of town and placed my order online. The arrangement I chose was ‘Beautiful in Blue’. My daughter recently celebrated her surprise visual birthday party and I thought it would have been fitting to send her an arrangement of flowers for her birthday. Too much emotion to share! Not only the selection of choices to make b it reasonable prices. Then when needed delivery for the Nurses week for my daughter, could not find delivery, Ga came through! A busy Mother's Day weekend coincided. After ordering and leaving message of need, I received a phone call from them. They had to change a flower, but included the delivery for that weekend. I was elated! My daughter was so surprised and needed the emotional uplift! She loves it all! Shows it to workers! Thank you so very much! You have brought some sunshine into this Covid pandemic!!
