Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

Floral Creations exceeded even my high expectations with the Brilliant Elegance Bouquet. It looks beautiful and I got the Deluxe version so it was a little larger than the picture. When it was delivered to my girl, I got a wonderful call that said that I outdid myself with this bundle. The biggest surprise was the scent, which my girl described as outstanding. Let's face it -- roses are beautiful flowers regardless of the color. But not every bouquet has a smell that fills the entire room. My girl couldn't stop saying how wonderful the scent was. First let me say that this arrangement is absolutely gorgeous. Not only is it gorgeous in picture it was gorgeous in person. Expectations were exceeded, arrangement looked even prettier in person. 40th gift for my sister, she cried and absolutely loved them. She was captured by the sentiment and beauty of these flowers and the arrangement. Will use and refer this florist for sure. Ordering online was super quick and easy and they were so nice and helpful when I ccalled.Sent delivery out first thing in the morning. Delivery person couldn't reach recipient and the florist emailed me right away! Was able to provide complete address (forgot to add the condo number) and within a couple of hours, arrangement was redelivered and handed to the recipient. From the quality of creativity and work, to the quality of customer service, this is a 5 star florist. Will recommend and will use this florist again and Im out of state in MD!
