The flower arrangement was beautiful, and delivered as requested. I also appreciated that our note was handwritten, instead of typed/printed out as it gave it a more personal feel.

The arrangement was nice and delivered on time, but there was no card attached. They didn't get the sweet message I wrote nor did it even have my name attached. For something so sentimental, supposed to be a surprise, and pricey I would have liked to not ask, "Did you get a delivery today?" It definitely ruined the moment. I won't be using you guys again.

The flowers were beautiful, but they were delivered to the wrong address, at least 3 blocks down. Had the person not cared, they might’ve kept the flowers, but thankfully they went and dropped it off to my moms house. I tried to contact them the day of and no one answered.

Unfortunately, the arrangement looked like a toddler put it together. I was very disappointed. These flowers, were not deluxe and the greens were more yellow than green, indicating they were fading. . . the water was cloudy, the ribbon looked cheap and droopy. I could have done better at the grocery store. When you order from a florist, the expectation is much higher. And the note card was a disgrace. I was so embarrassed.

I really like their arrangements. HOWEVER, what Im not too happy with is the late deliveries. I've ordered twice so far, each time have been for special occasions. Each time the flowers were delivered at 7pm. It takes from the special occasion. Very disappointing. I hope they work on that.

I was very upset that the flowers didnt arrive till 740pm. I was expecting them earlier in the day. I bought these for a 1st year anniversary of a death of my Tio and wanted so much for these to bring joy to my Tia. They did, but it was sooo late when they arrived. But, because she was sad, it did brighten her day. (or evening, I should say). Please do better then this.

Highly recommend Oxnard floral creations. I don’t live in town it was so easily to order on their website for my moms 60th birthday. The delivery fee was much less than others. After another gift fell through because of delivery issues, I placed an online order with Floral Creations for an arrangement to be delivered that same afternoon. Within just a couple of hours, I heard from the recipient - she was utterly thrilled. She said the arrangement and vase were stunning, and the flowers fresh. She also was impressed that the delivery person found his way to their townhouse without a problem and was wearing a mask. Disappointing is a good way to describe the flowers. Not at all like the ones in the picture. Not to mention, there are three upgrade options and I figured if the ones pictured were what was going to be sent to my fiancé, I would get the best upgrade option of the three. Again, not what was ordered and certainly not the most upgraded. But trying to support local businesses, especially during this time. When my fiancé called to tell the owner that she was not satisfied with what was delivered vs purchased, the owner apologized and asked to please let her make it up to her and deliver a whole new bouquet Monday. (She said she gets her fresh flowers delivered Mondays) My fiancé agreed and graciously accepted her apology, she is always giving people 2nd chances. Nonetheless, nothing was delivered Monday or Tuesday and today is Wednesday so I am sad to say that we won’t be using this florist again.

Delivered arrangement contained succulents...but that seems to be where the similarity to the picture ended. While it did say “container may vary,” I expected something a bit more polished than soil and succulents in a clear glass container with a large white bow tied around it.

While the recipient was pleased with the arrangement I was a bit disappointed that it did not look like the picture, the colors were differen, and even though the pic shows yellow roses the description says orange. She got yellow with deep dark red flowers instead of the purple. It was not the bright colors shown and looks smaller than the photo. Also she had no idea who sent them.

I expected the arrangement to look, not exactly the same, similar to the arrangement shown above. I was disappointed when she told me,”That’s a cute little bouquet”.I paid extra to have more flowers put in to make it look fuller. What she received had less flowers than the picture shown above, was way shorter (small vase, trimmed down to fit the vase) and was missing a bowl. When I showed her what I purchased she told me, “that’s not what I received, they must have made a mistake”. It’s kind of very sensitive being that it was Valentine’s Day and one tries to wow your significant other. Flowers were very pretty, no complaint on that. Just wished they were a little taller, bigger vase and fuller appearance. Oh and the bowl, can’t forget the bowl.

The "premium" package looked alright, but not worth $80, and there's really no reference for how many more flowers you get from the basic package on the website. The driver was rude at the delivery. The whole point of a flower delivery service is to make someone feel special in your absence on an important day, and drivers that make coarse remarks and aren't friendly don't send that message. Customer service has not responded to my email inquiry about a second order after 3 days.

I had a very tragic loss in my family and needed to send flowers. I had received a coupon for $5 off delivery and 10% off $50 or more, I went on the web site just to realize that there were no coupon codes, so there was no way to use the coupon. I called the phone number on the coupon flyer to find out that the # was disconnected. I called the second # and no answer, I called again and still no answer. The person I was sending the flowers to has a deep connection with humming birds and I really wanted to order this arrangement for the vase. Seeing that I couldn't get a hold of anyone, or use the coupons I looked at other florists but couldn't find anything with humming birds. So, I just ordered it with the hopes that I could get a hold of someone and maybe get reimbursed for the 10% off.( I paid $75 )When I did finally get a hold of someone they told me that they might not have that vase, but she could give me a similar vase. I told her the only reason I ordered that was for the vase, and if she didnt have it I wanted to cancel. She assured me that I would get something similar. She also offered a humming bird Sun catcher. When the flowers arrived it was anything but similar to the vase I ordered! It looked like pink chrome, one solid color and reflective. So not only did I not get what I paid for, but I didn't even get reimbursed for the coupons I couldn't use. I will not be returning to this florist for any future business based on my experience.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
