Floral Cave is the vision of floral and events designer. She had designed countless special weddings and events flowers at premier venues in New York City and the surrounding area. Her background as a professional fine artist and designer gives her a unique approach to design: fine art colors and textures to create inspired looks that set a mood. Jiyoun’s versatility spans all styles, and her personalized approach focuses on bringing your vision to life. So whether you love a look that’s elegant and natural, chic and modern, or rustic and organic, Floral Cave’s sensibility is tailored to fit your style. She saw that customers had joy and happiness by weddings, events, and flowers arrangements so she decided to open an offline flower shop to show her design to more customers. “I wish that the things I do bring joy, happiness, love, and hope to people.”

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (678) 770-7375, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (678) 770-7375 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

|And the delivery was done properly too! The delivery person called and texted and called again and I finally answered. No one was home. I told him it was fine to leave the flowers with the doorman. I should have written a instructions with my order to say no one would be in the apartment and the flowers could be left with the doorman. Now I know for next time.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
