Ordered online and was as usual apprehensive about ordered item not showing up like the picture advertised and maybe not being delivered on time. I was totally wrong. I chose the tulips because the picture was so bright & they were bright beautiful and full. The delivered flowers looks like half of the vase pictured and there’s no ribbon. The product should be as the picture is. I don’t care that they were $60 bucks. I just feel the picture doesn’t reflect the delivered product. Everything else was good, delivery, ease of purchase etc. If flowers were returnable, I’d return them.

I made the order very last minute, they were so accommodating and even called to see if I wanted it delivered to the funeral home instead of my home. They were honest with me that their lily’s didn’t come very nice and offered to switch them with another flower! The wreath turned out beautiful! I had a great experience with Floral Arts. I live in Oregon, and only found out the details of a memorial service the night before the event. I placed an order around 10pm, and crossed my fingers they could get the order put together and delivered in time the next day. A lovely woman called me in the morning, let me know they got my order and would be able to meet my very short timeline, and then discussed what substitutions I would like for a flower they didn't have in stock. I really appreciated such excellent communication. They even texted a photo of the finished arrangement, which looked even lusher than what I had ordered. Highly recommend.

This florist is incredible! I ordered online where it said no same day delivery. 5 minutes later, the AMAZING florist called from 2000 miles away, to ask if I would like the delivery that day because the wake would begin in a few hours. Write to Floral Arts and I know they will come through for me with just about anything I ask of them. They've done it more than once. Everything was true to form. Gorgeous! They did not have the same exact vase as pictured. A very friendly and knowledgeable person called me and asked if I would mind if they switch the vase to something similar that they did have. My friend sent me a picture of the bouquet and it had a lot of cheap yellow and purple daisies in it, not the thistles and other flowers shown in the online picture, so it looked more like a grocery store bouquet. Delivery was prompt, but it was overpriced for what was delivered.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
