Placed order to be delivered at my girlfriends office for her birthday. They were delivered @4:35 when she already left for the day @4:00. Flowers being delivered at a workplace, should arrive at an early hour of the morning or at least before noon. I am sure they are not completely overwhelmed with orders. I will choose a different business next time

Some days we DO have a higher volume of priority deliveries, and In your case we mistakenly assumed the arrangement was going to a home because the business itself was not indicated in the special instructions or, as part of the address you provided. Can’t recommend enough! Asked for a unique arrangement with the Rustic Christmas designer’s choice for my discerning friend and as my friend put it, “Well done!!! Mission accomplished.” Her text… “Wow, the flowers are incredible. One of the prettiest arrangements I've ever seen, and that's saying something.” And on top of that, Flora Verdi sent me a video of the flowers and let me know when they were delivered. A+ in every way!

The flowers were beautiful and the recipient really loved them. I was extremely disappointed in Flora Verdi's lack of communication with me though. I have bought flowers from them before and they contacted me while preparing the arrangement and once the flowers were delivered and texted me a picture of flowers. This time I heard nothing from them. I ordered them on line when they were closed on a Sunday with a requested delivery of Monday. By Monday afternoon I had not heard anything from them and called them and the call just rang and rang with no answer or voicemail. I tried again later in the afternoon and did get a voicemail and asked them to contact me to let me know if the flowers had been delivered and I never heard from them. Luckily the recipient notified me of the delivery and sent me a picture of the beautiful arrangement. Today (a day later) I have now gotten an email that the flowers were delivered and a picture of the bouquet.

The note I transcribed was hand written and beautiful, but it was not the correct wording/spelling. Also, the flowers were beautiful but considering I purchased the most expensive version of the bouquet with the most flowers, it should have matched the picture at least size wise. Hawaii and was not reachable. Please check the number you gave us.
We apologize for not being able to send the exact design you wanted. If we find in the process of creating an arrangement that certain flowers appear old or damaged , we cannot use them just for the sake of copying a particular design.
