I was surprised how little it was as well as the color choices. I was hoping it would look more festive and have more flowers for the price. It was very dark. Red roses and deep purple chrysanthemums and tiger lilies. I felt it looked more like a sympathy bouquet than a just because / congratulations bouquet. The flowers did appear very fresh.

I sent a flower arrangement to a friend for her birthday a few days ago. Since I live in the French Quarter I decided to try our local florist, Flora Savage. I’m happy to say that I am very pleased with their product and their service. My friend was thrilled with the arrangement. She sent me a photo and the flowers looked even lovelier than the photo online. The online presentation showed white and pastel flowers with a striped blue and white bow. On the order I mentioned that if the bow could be replaced with a pastel bow it would be nice. They actually replaced the bow with a lovely pastel one, which tells me that they pay attention to their customers. I chose a specific delivery window and they were delivered right on time. All in all, this was a great experience and I will continue to use them in the future. (Much better than 1-800-Flowers.)

The flowers ordered were the deluxe arrangement at $99 yet the flowers were not as full as the vase pictured …the vase was taller…but the flower arrangement was not fuller. Pretty, but not spectacular as others you have sent in my behalf.

I found flora savage with a google search and also was referred to them by another local florist. I ordered a lavendar pastel arrangement for a friend who had surgery. The arrangement was stunning and just what I had hoped for. They delivered to the office where my friend was staying in her motor coach so the flowers did not have to sit outside in the heat. Great service and talented designers.

Delivery person was a little brusque. I could have used a little more time on the phone to iron out an issue with the recipient’s phone details, but I was made to feel quite rushed. The issue with the phone details was our fault, but I wish I could have had a little space to figure it out.

I was very disappointed and didn’t think the several colors blended well at all. To be honest it looked nothing like the picture on a larger scale and it looked like a child grabbed 12 flowers and put them in a vase- VERY disappointed

I purchased the "premium" bouquet thinking there would be more flowers added. However, when my daughter sent me a picture of the bouquet, it did not have extra flowers in it. I called the florist and they said it did and didn't offer any other resolution. I won't use them again.

My sister who is with my mother sent a photo to me and the bunch is very small for the price . My sister has brought flowers from you guys before and she says they are usually much bigger bunch . Plus the flowers arrived today and nit yesterday on her birthday . Oh well . Thank you anyways, but maybe you should think about the size for price with locals .

Looks like a magnificent arrangement. Unfortunately, our trip to N.O. was canceled the day before due to COVID, and I forgot to cancel the flowers, so they were delivered to the hotel anyway. I certainly don't expect a refund, but, given the amount paid, it would have been nice to hear some sort of expression of regret from the florist.

I placed an order for delivery in Uptown via the Flora Savage website on Saturday morning for delivery by 2:00 PM that day for a birthday surprise for our daughter-in-law.
I chose them by their reviews and with no personal knowledge as I am out of town.

I was a bit disappointed with this purchase. My first purchase was for my wife’s birthday, and the arrangement was beautiful and spot on. But this time not so much. I ordered a bouquet of tulips, and some of them were on the verge of dying. The arrangement was a little sloppy, looking like not much tile was spent on putting it together. And to top it off, my wife picked up the arrangement, and the vase broke and cut her hand. I don’t know, I guess blame it on Covid.
