I have used this florist twice and both times the arrangements were beautiful. Their designs are just a bit different from the usual ones through major floral delivery companies which pleased me. I love their customer service, that they send you a photo of the arrangement before it is delivered, email when the flowers are delivered & that there is an area on the order form for any specific delivery instructions. My only regret is that I live in the state of Washington and can’t order for myself!

Amazing service! Mom was out of town day of delivery, they called her and offered to bring back to their shop and reschedule delivery. That was not needed and when Mom got home 2 days later, the flowers were just as beautiful as pictured. Thanks for making her smile!

I can’t confirm if the delivery was a timing one because I was not informed with a confirmation of the delivery. Also, no idea if I filled wrong sender signature or their software/app left my name out of the message card. Just ensure it will be attached/included prior to closing the order.
The recipient of my order had no idea who sent the flowers. Not a 100% nice outcome for a sensitive product like this where all parties are important.

Not only was the bouquet absolutely stunning, the service was exceptional. I’ve never had great luck at ordering flowers from afar, FloraRoots exceeded my expectations. They communicated regularly with me and even sent me a picture of the final arrangement before it was delivered. Their website was easy to navigate, the only con was I wished I had used them for my wedding! Highly recommended! Oh and my mother-in-law LOVED them.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
