Thanks for your review Mark! We followed up with this customer via phone call and email. We sent them a side view picture and birds eye view picture of the arrangement delivered along with circles around the tulips to show how we used them in the arrangement. This arrangement had 15 tulips. Fresh tulips are generally set low in arrangements (as shown in our catalog photo) because over time they bloom beautifully and the arrangement lasts longer. This bouquet was an almost exact replica of the picture online; monochromatic (1 color) with tulips, roses, spray roses, snapdragons, and folded aspidistra leaves. We hope this clears anything up! They let us know the recipient was pleased and that made us happy.

|The bouquet arrived on time, and was even more impressive in person than on pictures. It was really breathtakingly beautiful. The flowers were meticulously arranged and were exceptionally fresh. I also appreciated little touches such as a hand written note as opposed to typed, I think thoughtfulness makes a big difference. I’m beyond satisfied with their service, and will keep using Fleur T in the future.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
