While we offer delivery and guarantee delivery days, we cannot guarantee the arrangement will be delivered before or after a specific time.
Our priority is to protect the health and safety of our employees as well as our clients.
For all deliveries, the driver will put the arrangement on the floor behind the door, ring the doorbell, and leave. The recipient is responsible for bringing the arrangement inside to prevent theft or damage.
For curbside pickup orders, stay in your car and call us upon arrival. A team member will bring the arrangement outside to your vehicle.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

This arrangement was stunning! My grandma loved it and when I saw the picture she sent me, I was blown away. It was by far the best arrangement she received and the amount of flowers that were in the arrangement were plentiful. I love the fact that they sent me a delivery photo and an email to confirm the delivery. I will be ordering from this site again! Highly recommended!
