I ordered this arrangement to be delivered for my daughter’s birthday. The website is very easy to navigate, and has a wonderful selection to choose from. The ordering process was simple and the delivery was perfect. My daughter called to tell me that the flowers were gorgeous. She sent me pictures and the arrangement looks exactly like the website photos. I couldn’t have asked for anything more!

I personally added the card to the arrangement. Since the arrangement was so large it's possible the card settled into the flowers. The driver actually carried the arrangement into the house due to the height and weight. I'm very sorry your mother could not find the enclosure card but I promise you I included it. Edward Tomblin

Fleurs du Jour fully met my expectations and based on my experience I would unreservedly recommend them. My only niggle is their website is "US-centric" and fails to recognise that there are countries outside of the USA, and that those foreign countries have people who might want to trade with Fleurs du Jour..... but if they try to do so they then face unnecessary difficulty because the field for their Telephone Number is configured for US numbers only, and not International ones. This is website design at its worst but possibly undertaken by the same young LA-based American who told me he was going to drive to Hawaii once he got his licence.

I know there maybe substitution but I am disappointed that the arrangement that was delivered was not close to what I paid for. I ordered the deluxe and paid $30 more but to me it did not look worth it. I was expecting at least a blue vase as the picture shows but a clear cheap looking vase with green leaves inside was used. I would not have purchased that.

Ordered this arrangement in the morning at 7:30 or so. It arrived by noon! It was even more beautiful that the photo. Carefully arranged and beautifully detailed. The florist used a skirt of white hydrangea ar the bottom to hide the rose stems, a clever and lovely detail.

I had the absolute best experience with Fleurs Du Jour this week. I had Fleurs Du Jour delivered flowers to a friend who just delivered in St. Johns hospital in Santa Monica. This is not only a week where we are still in Covid Quarantine, but also the week of the BLM protests and with that there were riots in the area. With that the Fleurs Du Jour's owner personally delivered the flowers to the hospital which was on high security alert. After trying to get the flowers to my friend for about 45 minutes, he called and offered to deliver a fresh bouquets of flowers a second time to her house, two days later when she got home. Ordering and delivery was on point. The arrangement was lovely, but did not meet my expectations of a $230.00 bouquet. It did not include any hydrangeas (which added that lovely color contrast). In fact, there was almost no color contrast. It looked like a large pink bush with two, maybe three randomly placed orange/yellowish buds. Also, there was not a leaf placed around the circumference of the vase to hide the unevenly cut stems.

There is a 8hr time difference and It loved the on line message system that meant I could talk to someone and have flowers hand delivered the next day. I loved the tasteful displays and the message that told me that my present been delivered .
