Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I love Fleurs de Moufette, even if I can't pronounce the name very well. They always come through with the most unique and pretty arraignments, and the service is top notch. Any occasion and they knock it out of the park every time.

The flower arrangement was beautiful. This is the second time I've used Fleurs de Moufette and love the artistic spin on the arrangements. The only snag this time was the flowers were delivered to the wrong address. The correct address was on the delivery, but they went to the street over, number mix up. Fortunately, it is a friendly neighborhood and they walked the flowers over.

I will continually return to this amazing florist. My daughter is always amazed and delighted at the gorgeous floral art that is handed through her door. Honestly the photos don’t do justice to how unique and lovely these arrangements are- and the photos are perfect. If you want to feel as though you have been dropped into a magical garden or meadow, then enjoy the craft of this wonderful florist.
