Amy Robinson
Hi, I'm Amy, creator of Fleurish, second generation floral/nature enthusiast and designer. I have honed my earthy artistry in florals, standing out with the unmatched bold, and conscious designs that I offer my beloved clients. I truly feel the power of symbols and expressions of love that only flowers and an artist together can bring to a moment. As a young girl, I loved to help my father at his shop Keith’s Flowers and Plants. Following in his footsteps, I carry the tradition of not just exceptional design and style, but equally important to our family is excellent service and exceeding expectations. For over fifteen years, I have been creating floral designs for weddings, events and special occasions for clients across the Ottawa Valley from my home studio. I have been lucky enough to open the store of my dreams in Petawawa , curated to delight you- where I can help you find the perfect gift or design that represents and honours the meaning behind your message. Collaborating with other local artisans and creators brings unique elements to our offerings. Finding suppliers and partners who share my passion for quality and handmade beauty is ongoing.

Substitution Policy
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee. Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient's time zone.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed immediately. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

The designer's choice bouquet was pretty but small for the price. It was also dropped off on the porch ( shade maybe but ) in the heat for a while. Some of the flowers were droopy as they did not do well in the heat. Potential but not optimal.

For the price you pay I thought it would be more appealing. I was rather disappointed. Looked very bland. Was expecting something that looked more " cheerful " ..needed more to jazz it up especially for mothers day.

I ordered a Designer's Choice Cut Bouquet for my mom for Mother's Day and asked for it to be as bright as the ones online. They didn't disappoint and the bouquet was beautiful and bright! The gift box received did not look anything like the picture. It was in a cheap cardboard box with very different content. If the store did not have the products available to prepare a special gift box they should not have accepted the order. I understand they were short of supplies.
Never again. Next time will order from a National organization and not local. Very bad for their reputation.

Delivered quickly, which was great. However, the online form specifically asks for instructions/notes/preferences, where I said "prefer all shades of pink, avoid yellow"; the arrangement is a mix of yellow and purple with one pink lily. Why ask?

The recipient (new mama) loved her flowers! Only thing - there were lilies in the bouquet, unlike the photo. Lilies are DEADLY to cats. Luckily, my friend sent me a photo of her flowers once she received them and I let her know, because she wasn't aware. She ended up having to take the lilies out so that her cats wouldn't get at them. I didn't think to leave a comment on the order because I thought it would be similar to what was shown above.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Can I order online or by phone?
Yes! You can order online anytime at fleurishinthevalley.ca or by phone at (613) 687-2136 during our business hours (Mon-Fri 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, Sat 10:00 AM-3:00 PM, Sun Closed).
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, bank account payments, and Afterpay at our online checkout. For in-store or phone orders, we take cards, House Accounts, cash, and checks.
Can I request certain flowers or colors?
Of course! You can let us know your preferred flowers or color palette. While some blooms may be seasonal or limited, we’ll do our best to create an arrangement that reflects your vision.
What happens if the recipient isn’t home?
If the recipient isn’t available, our driver will either leave the flowers in a safe spot or, if needed, arrange a re-delivery at a later time.
Can I include add-ons with my bouquet or arrangement?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of flower delivery add-ons to personalize your arrangement such as small gifts or keepsakes. You’ll see available add-ons on each product page and again at checkout.
How do I make my flowers last longer?
Trim the stems, place them in fresh water, and keep the arrangement in a cool spot away from direct sunlight to extend their life.
