Fleur De Vera is a professional florist servicing all of NYC. With over two decades of experience, our florists have provided fellow New Yorkers with beautiful, fresh, and unique flowers for any occasion, including holidays, birthdays, weddings, and any other event that could require a special floral touch. We offer a wide variety of services, ranging from classic-style bouquets to funeral arrangements, wedding ceremonies, fruit arrangements, and more.
Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I was going to leave a 10 because the arrangement was beautiful and the delivery was just as promised. One small detail kept me from giving the full 5 stars: I had specifically requested that the roses be in bud form, not fully open, but they arrived already open. Next time, I’ll also request no greenery. That said, the presentation was exquisite, especially the card in the envelope clipped with a little wooden heart, it was such a thoughtful and elegant touch. The customer service was also excellent, the lady who helped me over the phone was very friendly and polite. I truly appreciated her help and professionalism. Español: Estuve a punto de dejar una calificación de 10 porque el arreglo fue hermoso y la entrega fue tal como se prometió. Solo hubo un pequeño detalle que me impidió dar las 5 estrellas: pedí específicamente que las rosas estuvieran en capullo, no completamente abiertas, pero llegaron ya abiertas. La próxima vez también pediré que no incluyan follaje verde. Aun así, la presentación fue exquisita, especialmente la tarjeta en el sobre, sujetada con un pequeño corazón y un clip de madera. My first order here. The red roses were beautiful and very fresh! The eucalyptus was also fresh. It was a very full bouquet and made a nice presentation. Recipient was quite pleased. She said, “They’re huge! And beautiful!” Can’t ask for more than that. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer.
