Sent the “fall sunset” bouquet to my dad’s wife for her recovery from an emergency surgery. The website says “same day delivery” on many of their bouquets including this one. But it wasn’t available by the time I ordered early afternoon on Saturday. Also no Sunday delivery so it didn’t get delivered until after 5:00 pm on Monday. But the most disappointing part was that there were zero sunset colored flowers in it. They were all blood red flowers with the green and white filler. Looked more like Morticia Adam’s wedding bouquet or Christmas colors. Very disappointing for the price that was paid and tip as well.. very disappointing.

I ordered the designer’s choice from the website. Without asking for it, they inferred that I was ordering Valentine flowers for my wife and daughter based off the note I wrote.

They took that information and delivered a separate, smaller bouquet for my daughter in addition to the most beautiful full bouquet.

It was just the sweetest gesture and secured my loyalty to this company.

I recommend this company to anybody that is in the area and I’m happy I’ll never have to find another florist as long as I live here.

Julie, the designer, is AMAZING and a very conscientious lady. You can be assured she wants your arrangement to be all that you expect AND more.
I was needing a memorial arrangement delivered to a family member that lives out of town. I did my research and found Fleur Fresca in the nearby area of my need. Not being familiar with Fleur Fresca and not being able to actually speak with someone directly I was a bit 'shy' about ordering and paying on-line. Being a skeptic, I read reviews, and trusted that they were honest and I went ahead and placed my on-line order.
I placed notes in the box provided on the order form and the designer, Julie, read them and followed them precisely. Julie even called as she was designing my order to be sure I was agreeable to what she was putting together. The order was GORGEOUS and delivered on time by Julie, herself. She even added the finishing touches to the arrangement at the memorial hall.
Be assured, Fleur Fresca will NOT disappoint!!

The arrangement that was delivered was not at all what I ordered. I did not order the glass vase with the cheesy foil around it and nondescript flowers. I over 100.00 plus a 10.00 tip to have the Amazing Grace ordered. I called her and apologized for the delivery arrangment. I could have gotten that same thing at a grocery store for cheaper. First time experience with this shop. I had expected the arrangement to look like the pic on the website. I paid extra for deluxe, the arrangement but unfortunately looked a little chaotic. The quality of the flowers were beautiful. The delivery was successful same day. I was unable to get a hold of the shop by phone due to phone line issues, however owner was very responsive via email and very professional. I would do business again but would use special instructions to share I want the arrangement exactly arranged like the pic on the website.

I want to start this by saying that the recipient of the arrangement was VERY happy with it. It is pretty, but nothing like what I hoped she'd receive. I realize that substitutions are made, but what she received wasn't even close to what I ordered. I wanted something sweet and tranquil (like pictured) as my daughter-in-law just lost a baby. What she received was more modern and tropical, yet it came in a rustic, wash tub type, container which seemed out of place. I also paid for the highest upgraded version and feel there should have been more plants in the container. There were four. All in all, she loved it and that's what matters.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
