Let me start off by saying that I have been a frequent customer of Flamingo’s Flower over the years. I have been a return customer because of their amazing and beautiful arrangements. That said, the last two orders have been very disappointing, this will be my final order from this company. I was looking for a classic arrangement for Valentine’s Day, and this one seemed appropriate, the picture on their site looked lovely. I decided to go a tier above and ordered a “deluxe” version because I wanted a fuller visual. I got neither…the arrangement that was dropped off looked “loose”, it looked worse than what was pictures on the website. So disappointing, and on Valentine’s Day??? Spending this amount of money for such an underwhelming product really left a bad taste in my mouth. Never again. I will NEVER order from this company again. If I wanted a cheap looking arrangement I would have just ordered from 1800Flowers or Proflowers or whatever flower deliver machine out there. This is very disappointing, especially when I’m trying to support a local business.

However the delivery was ahead of time which was great. I didn’t receive what I order. The flowers was purple and not fresh. We had to go on with on home going service. It’s rather hard to get in contact with the business. They don’t respond to emails nor answer phone. I understand they get busy but business is business. Customer service is priority. The minute I received a picture of the orchid I ordered on the desk of my friend, I wanted to write a review. I searched on line, but did not find any place I could say a good word about your flower and your service.

I put in a last minute order for Mother's Day and they were the only ones I could find who could deliver on MD! The flowers were gorgeous. I even put the wrong delivery address on the order but they were able to figure out where to take them. Awesome service!

I live in Houston and because of Covid-19 I couldn’t travel to LA for my sisters funeral. I didn’t want to order flowers from a national chain and googled florists in the LA area. The majority were temporarily closed, probably because of the mandatory stay at home order, but I found Flamingo’s Flowers. They had a beautiful funeral package at a reasonable price. I had a request to substitute the wreath for another floor arrangement. I called the number online and was so happy I was able to speak to a person and not an answering machine! I spoke to Romeo who was very helpful and agreed to the substitution without hesitation. The arrangement was delivered on time and looked exactly, if not more beautiful, than what was pictured online. I highly recommend them. They have a long distance loyal customer in me!

I understand seasonal limitations and current circumstances but florists should communicate those changes and offer options because I was not overall happy with the look.

I recently purchased the White Cross "Deluxe" funeral arrangement from Flamingo's Flowers. I am from out of town, so I was wary on what I would get. However, the arrangement I received was very beautiful & grand-They got a lot of compliments. Also flowers were delivered in a timely manner.
I had ordered funeral arrangements from other florists & had been disappointed in their size & floral colors. That was not the case at Flamingo's.
Hopefully the next time I order from them will be for a more happier occasion but I was very happy with their service!

Vase was cracked upon delivery. Perhaps when they left it outside her door on the concrete floor. Also, there were no sea shells in the vase, as shown in the picture. Very little sand and the sand was a navy blue color, not as depicted.

The bouquet we purchased looks just like the picture except more beautiful! The flowers are for my Christian sister's store grand opening. Didn't look like what the picture was plus I upgrade to premium package so I expected more out of it. It looked like it was rushed. The first time I purchased flowers here I liked it because it came as described it would look like that's why ordered here again. She liked the first flower I bought for her and this time for valentines she didn't seem that happy about it. There was like 5+ lilies and none of them didn't bloom.

Drivers / Delivery staff shoiuld be equally trained and compensated because they are the lasting impression on the recipients.
Promote your business and have that all important deliver driver engage and provide flamingos flowers business card or flyer to gain repeat business.
Most of our office staff was saying these flowers are so nice where did they come from? Driver dropped and split. Just tryin to help. Thanks again FlamingoWDBA!

I'm 2,600 miles from home training in the Army, and thought I'd send my mother flowers. Flamingo's Flower was willing to delivery in the same hour and even customize the arrangement just a tad bit to make it just right. :) easy to order online.
