You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

The flowers were delivered to the hotel and through coordination with the hotel staff, the flowers were in the room when my daughter returned to the hotel. She was totally surprised for her birthday. I live in Australia and I was able to buy these flowers for my mom’s birthday and get them delivered to her on her special day in Puerto Rico. You have no idea how difficult it is to find a flower delivery in Puerto Rico that has a good website, easy service AND has nice looking flower arrangements. There are such ugly arrangements everywhere! Fioridella was the only place that ticked all the boxes! I will be ordering from here again whenever I want to send flowers to my loved ones in Puerto Rico. Highly recommend!!

The ordering was easy and service was fine but I got sent a picture of the flowers I paid $200 for and they do not look like the picture. If you pick out a certain bundle of flowers it should look closer to the picture. The picture looked so professional and elegant, the in person set looked like an cheaper version with some random chunk of the flowers at top. It looked an amateur tried to copy a professional arrangement. I expect if someone pays $200 for the flowers that it looks pretty similar to the arrangement with all the same variation of flowers.

You failed. Did not deliver the flowers. Your phone service is inefficient, took me 3 days for someone to answer the call. Your email service, as well, did not respond nor replied. This was the main gift for my wife for Mother’s Day, and of course did not received her bouquet.

Las rosas llegaron después de las 6:30 pm. No había una sola rosa roja a pesar de que pagué premium y en las instrucciones puse que quería rosas rojas. A pesar de que pagué premium las rosas estaban maltratadas y no estaban frescas (los bordes de las rosas estaban brown). Parecía que llevaban todo el día dando vueltas en el baúl de un carro. A pesar de que el ramo tenía el palito plástico de la tarjeta, la tarjeta no llegó. Además, a pesar de que pagué premium no veo que tenía el “arreglo” que lo hiciera premium. No tenía nada premium. Después de varios años comprando arreglos tengo que decir que estoy bien decepcionado con la calidad del ramo de rosas y el servicio (el teléfono estuvo ocupado todo el día y cuando sonaba me enganchaban) Hoy estaré llamando para que me devuelvan el dinero. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
