Fabulous pave design class!
Ordering this arrangement was easy, the process was smooth, and the arrangement was stunning! Choosing a florist from afar for flowers you want to be perfect can be so difficult but from top to bottom - beginning of order to delivery - this experience was wonderful. Should I ever need flowers in the area again, I’ll absolutely be ordering from Fiori Floral Design!

I am in the Chicago area and put a lot of time into selecting a florist when sending out of state. I was excited to find Fiori! Their designs are fresh and sophisticated, and the ordering process and updates were very efficient. I especially appreciated the photo of the actual arrangement that was delivered. I had a specific request and they promptly and thoroughly addressed my concern. Gorgeous and truly personalized floral designs!
This was a great class! The instructor was very knowledgable, gentle and helpful by giving us a structure for shaping an arrangement and then showing us how to make those arrangements better just by moving a flower to a different spot or just having it face a different direction. Everyone was given personal attention which I especially liked. In addition he gave us a multitude of tips on keeping flowers fresh longer. I would definitely recommend this class!!

Great place -- went the extra mile for my delivery and the flowers were beautiful!
I specifically selected the purple box as that is the favorite color of the person I was sending to, but they sent white. And it was crowded full of ferns rather than the blooms and succulents pictured.
It was beautiful, I just wondered why it allowed me to select from many different colors and looks, but then didn’t provide that.

Wow, what a fantastic class! We took a private texture box class with Leigh. We were all impressed with the quality of the product. Leigh was kind, instructive, helpful and at the same time gave us space to do some serious creative work. In the end, we thought the value was more than worth the cost. We were a group of 5 women and 3 adult-behaving kids.

The word the recipient used was "delicious." She was pleased with how small it was. The size was perfect for a small living space, and she was amazed at how some blooms were completely closed and some open or halfway open, and how the variety contributed to the overall artistic creation. The colors of purple and orange were vibrant, as requested, and very pleasing. Apparently the whole family was "ooh-ing and aah-ing" Thank you!

Ordered an orchid for my cousin's anniversary. It was delivered as requested. I was sent a photo of the actual orchid that was delivered, and notified when it was delivery was completed. The orchid is beautiful! The service was stellar!
The texture box was beautiful and the design and quality of the flowers was impressive. I was just disappointed that the texture box delivered was so different in color than the one on the website. I was expecting bright, cheerful colors as pictured.

We were very pleased with our small texture box that was prepared as a get well wish. It was highlighted with two white orchids and two peach-gold roses, plus a creative selection of subdued and sculptural blooms and unusual foliage displaying a balance of sharp points calmed by rounded forms and soft textures. The foliage chosen was full of light and cheerful surprises. The entire arrangement was centered on the pointed end of its square wooden container, so that all the elements could be seen easily from that viewpoint. It conveyed the elegance and peace we had hoped for. Thank you.

This spring texture box class is definitely the gift (to myself) that will keep on giving. Leigh and Miles have done all the work before we --8 of us students-- arrive. Flowers and greens are prepped and Leigh showed us how to build the texture box from basic greens to the final flowers. Each of us gets individual attention and "editing" assistance.
And then....we get to take our masterpieces home! So fun and very impressive.

I researched flower shops and what they had to offer for over a week, and I kept coming back “Fiori Floral design”. Each display seems to be well thought out and made with love. My friend loved both the bouquet and plant (orchid that will last 10-15 years, came with detailed care instructions). Been over a week and the flowers are still beautiful and making her smile.. Normally I love my purchase but this time the flowers were not fresh… pedals were a little wilty…
They did an amazing job! I asked for a color and one type of flower and left the rest up the them. They knocked it out of the park! The note I wrote for the flowers was written in lovely hand writing giving it that extra touch. In the notes I mentioned my girlfriend wouldn’t be home from 10am-5pm and they delivered it right when she was home. She absolutely loved the arrangement and it made her day!
My wife doesn't like the design, she said it looks like a bucket of vegetables. Please add more red roses to the design and have more Valentines vibes, thank you.

I was surprised to get apples when I ordered flowers. If I knew this was part of designers choice I would have picked something different. I thought I also asked for bright cheerful color in the designer notes.

I love the natural look and feel of a foraged look and no one does it better than Leigh and Miles. I absolutely love the style of these boxes, as do the recipients who get them. I've ordered from Fiori multiple times and have had no issues. Plus, they were really nice and understanding when I read an email too fast and thought the flowers had been delivered to the wrong address. My bad! There were no issues at all, and my sister loved getting the arrangement and was extra excited about the succulents and instructions on how to care for them.
I attended the June 2nd Peony workshop - learned a lot and thoroughly enjoyed myself. Instructor and owner, Miles, is a great instructor - personable, endless knowledge and generous with his time. Thanks to Miles' tutelage, we all took home gorgeous peony arrangements. Peonies are a favorite of mine, but I would have taken a dandelion workshop, just to attend a Fiori workshop. I'm signed up for the Texture Box class on 6/23 and can't wait. :)

This was a great class! I learned so much about pave flower design and arranging flowers in general. So many takeaways!
My only suggestion is to pace the class with alternating periods of sitting and standing. After over 3 hours of standing, my feet were killing me.

One of the most expensive flower
Thank you so much for the incredible arrangement that your designer put together for my Aunt and Uncle. I think it really brightened the day of the entire family who were going through a very tough time this last week. From the professionalism exhibited at the time of order (easy process with excellent guidance) I selected Designers choice and I was comfortable that they would do a great job and My Aunt and Uncle would be happy.
When the flowers arrived, they were beautiful. Although I am 1000 miles away I could hear the smiles through the phone, and blown away by the picture they sent of the arrangement.

OMGosh! This was incredible from start to finish. I ordered online, but asked to be called if the finished arrangement would look different from the picture. The staff called me and we discussed the changes (for in-season flowers). The arrangement was to be delivered the same day. I got a call later that afternoon from the delivery person, who questioned the address (gps sent him to an alley). When he couldn't reach me he checked city records, and when that didn't work he called the recipient - 3 Times - to reach her and ensure that she got the flowers that day. Talk about going the extra mile! The picture here doesn't begin to show how beautiful the arrangement is (the recipient sent me a picture along with her huge smile!). My daughter was never notified and the delivery was made to my daughter's neighbor!! Out of the goodness of their hearts they Correctly delivered the arrangement to my daughter. The address was correct, but the delivery wasn't... and you've delivered to that address a few times.

A beautiful collection of amaryllis bulbs in a modern container with shiny Christmas ornaments. The bulbs are well on their way to blooming soon. Wish we knew what color they blossoms would be, or that we could choose. The florist was incredibly helpful and generous with her time when I called with a question about delivery. The recipient is very pleased with the gift.

That's the second time Fiori has changed the arrangement I highlighted. If you don't have those flowers, then don't display the arrangement as an option.

I ordered a Medium Texture Box for my mom's birthday, to cheer her up (not even being able to putter in her garden, due to the smokey conditions, had been hard on her). She loved it! They delivered on the day I requested and there were zero issues. They sent me voice of what they made and I was disappointed BUT my mom sent me a pic and it was gorgeous- they just hadn't captured the complexity of the arrangement well in the shot they sent. They included roses, hops, succulents, orchids, and other things. It was pricey, but the textured box includes live succulents, so the beauty lasts beyond a week. It's also very artistically done- many shades of green (and textures to add depth and interest). I will absolutely be ordering from them again!

I know how disappointing it can be when something you order does not match the vision that you have of it. From your review, it sounds like there were details in the product description for the Texture Box that you may have overlooked. For instance, we create them in a wooden box and not a basket as you had hoped. You mentioned that what we delivered looked nothing like what you ordered. We devote many lines of the product description to ensure customers know that each Texture Box is unique. For example, the description states "Photographs show examples of prior work to give you an idea of size and style. Actual arrangements will vary with the season, our weekly color palette and the product that we have on hand." It was never our intention to send something that was different than what you desired, however, since there were no special instructions on your order we created a custom Texture Box for the occasion using seasonal product that was available at the time. Had we known that you were hoping that it match a particular photograph then we would have been happy to accommodate you or we would have suggested alternatives. I am sorry that your experience was not what you had hoped for. I've been a customer for over 10 years and Fiori never disappoints. We move from Seattle to Poulsbo two years ago. I was suprised that they deliver here and have ordered a number of times without any issues. My "go to" florist for special occasions!
The designer called me immediately after my order to tell me that she did not have the succulents that were In the picture. Last evening (02/11/19) I had just received a text stating the US Postal Service was unable to deliver an Amazon package to my daughter's house due to the snow storm... Fiori is synonymous with high status in our office, so I always choose them for floral arrangements. They always accommodate special requests--which they did in this case but it was the first time in over 10 years of using Fiori that I was disappointed. The rose petals were dry on the edges w/ scarring on the petals and the other filler greens were smashed in enough places to notice. A surprising (and unwelcome) change in quality.

Have used Fiori in the past and always love the look of their arrangements. Appreciate they send a photo of the arrangement and delivery confirmation. Flowers and presentation were, per usual, really lovely - inclusion of berries and succulents was fun surprise. Would have preferred a more natural accent (bent bear grass/ twigs/raffia) than the shiny purple wire that was used - seemed an odd contrast to the other very natural aspects of the arrangement. Delivery was after 3:00 and for a birthday arrangement, it would have been nice if it had arrived earlier in the day. Regardless, will continue to order from Fiori as they have the most creative arrangements I've seen to order online.

The arrangement was very small and plain.
The online software didn't have enough space for me to write a rather long note. I sent an email to Fiori with the note card text and they responded right away saying they hand write all the gift cards and would take good care to make sure my note was complete. I'm grateful for the excellent customer service and attention to detail.
Miles and his team went above and beyond. I didn't know the person I was sending flowers to was moved to a different care facility. While trying to make a delivery Miles learned of the change and took the flowers to her new location. I am so appreciative of people who go the extra mile, and Miles did. Thank you Fiori.

Hi, not thrilled, so I appreciate being asked. This is to no fault of Fiori, as the florist was in Boise. They sent over a three foot plant instead of a modern, sleek, desk top plant. I have a photo. For condolences, the plant is a bit much and had to be moved to a conference room.

Beautiful fresh flowers. The best in quality. The wife loves them. Delivery was later in the day, around 4:30p. Fortunately she was working later otherwise she would not have received them. Customer service lady was short and was quick to make assumptions without gathering information. Not friendly until she realized she was wrong. I do give her a point for finding out where the flowers were and getting back to me quickly.

She has been purchasing flowers from Fiori Floral Design for many years and in fact she will only purchase flowers through Fiori Floral Design. On this recommendation I went ahead and purchased a floral display for her. The purchase process was online and very simple to do. The flowers came on the scheduled day and time. Unfortunately the flowers were about half the size I was expecting and there was some leaf curl and brown edges to them as well. I was quite disappointed as was my girlfriend. I left a message for the store about the issue. They called me back and sincerely apologized. They quickly offered to send a new display free of charge right away or they will send another complimentary display the next time I place an order. I truly appreciated their kind and expeditious response. My girlfriend continues to advocate for Fiori Floral Design and I will order from them again in the future.
I love Fiori Floral Design. They always deliver the most beautiful arrangements. Their designs are always amazing and I get great feedback from all recipients. I would never consider using any other florist but Fiori. They are the best.
