You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?

|upset about it, & honestly felt like I was SCAMMED once I finally had a opportunity to see it. I placed an order for a “premium” bouquet btw. Over $100 plus delivery fees & taxes. The bouquet itself & vase was extremely small!! Definitely not worth the price. Lesson learned. Will not be a returning customer.

I would like to know how you placed your order because I think you went through a 3rd party network but nevertheless I would like the opportunity to serve you better. Please always call me directly because when you use Teleflora or any of their companies (avas, from you flowers, etc.) the orders always get miscommunicated and I hate that you had a terrible experience. I hope to be given the opportunity to change your mind. Please call me directly or order from my direct website.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
