Compared to the last bouquet I ordered this one was sub-par quality. None of the 6 lillies had bloomed yet so it didn’t really feel like a finished piece or look like one. The hydrangeas weren’t very good looking either. Was a little disappointed.. Appreciate the effort though. Have a nice day.

The flowers from here never arrived. They claim they left them inside a gate but there’s no gate at my girlfriend’s house. They could have called her to arrange a proper delivery but they did not. I called them and they said they were sorry and they would deliver them on Monday (3 days later) due to the holiday. It’s pretty unfair that they didn’t email me any notice or confirm the delivery with the recipient even when I left incredibly clear directions on where the apartment was and they should know that if I’m willing to pay for next day delivery, it needs to be next day delivery not in 4 days.

Delivery was on time, which was the one positive. No card was attached to arrangement, even though one was requested. The roses in the arrangement were not fresh and petals fell off them within 2-3 days of delivery. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from Farrahs again.

This week, after doing a lot of research on which florist to order flowers from for a delivery in Santa Monica, I decided to choose Farrah's Florist on Wilshire Boulevard. I am so happy I did and definitely made the right decision! I placed my order late morning for a same-day delivery and roughly one hour later, my friend received the beautiful Cymbidium Orchid with Hydrangeas arrangement I chose. Not only that, as a surprise kindness, Farrah's Florist made my standard size arrangement more robust and full by adding more flowers than expected! I could tell this when I saw the photo of the actual arrangement that was delivered and spoke to the store afterwards to let them know how much I appreciated this! I don't order flowers often at all, so this was a big decision for me. This was an awful bouquet!! Do not order. The flowers arrived browned + wilted. I could not bring them to my friend as a gift. I have spent 2 weeks trying to get a refund from Bloomnation and they haven't been helpful. I have spent more than $2K on flowers over the last several years with Bloomnation and this is shocking customer service. Do NOT order from Farrahs and don't expect Bloomnation to step in and help. Very disappointing experience.

I purchased a premier level tropical arrangement for next day delivery, for a colleague’s birthday. The arrangement style was not what I ordered, was sparse and looked thrown together with whatever they had on hand. For 100.00, one would expect a beautiful, professional arrangement delivered within a reasonable time frame. In this case, a bouquet from a grocery store would have looked far superior! I contacted Farrah Florist regarding my dissatisfaction, but they never responded. Unacceptable.

Be advised, selecting "Same Day Delivery" does not actually mean same day delivery. I purchased my flowers for "Same Day Delivery" and received a confirmation email that they were purchased and would be delivered that day. I purchased these flowers for my wife to surprise her. The next day (about 22 hours later) I ask her if she had received anything I work as I hadn't heard from (I'm out of country on business), and she had not. I called the store and the person I spoke with said it was the fault of the online service as they were already closed when I purchased them (although online it says they are open until 6:00 and I purchased the flowers hours well before closing and received email confirmation that they would be there that day). So in the end, my order was delivered, not on the day I needed them there (and was confirmed they would be) and without a surprise... and additional fess for my long distance call just to figure out what happened. Basically the opposite of what I had intended when purchasing them from Farrah's. Nice flowers, but disappointing to say the least.

The floral arrangement itself is absolutely gorgeous, but the florist was a bully and treated me harshly. I had to change my delivery date to a day earlier and he called me to complain about the inconvenience and asked me more than once to keep the original delivery date. He ultimately gave in and the arrangement was delivered on the requested day in a timely manner. I also feel that the arrangement was overpriced.

I ordered a same day flower delivery. The normal driver was apparently busy, so the man that took my order over the phone decided to make the delivery himself, which I appreciate. However, the arrangement was left at Reception as instructed, but I received a call from them saying the glass was cracked and water was leaking all over the desk. We had to put the flowers in a used vase. I called the shop to inform them and the man answering the phone (the same one that delivered the flowers) became extremely defensive, almost immediately. In the customer service business, I wouldn't expect that type of behavior. I will not be using this florist again. The representative didn't listen to my concerns, or try to work on an amicable solution, aside from snidely offering that I could drive to their shop and pick up a new vase SINCE IT MUST HAVE BEEN MY COMPANY'S FAULT.

As always Farrah's has done a wonderful job. My wife commented that she left the flowers in her communal work space for an extra day because they smelled so good and everyone was commenting on them (normally she brings them home same day). I think they forgot about delivering the flowers. Had to call and spent about an hour callin the store, and then I think the manager of the store trying to figure out the issues.
Also when we got a photo from our friend of the photos it looked pretty simple for $100. We went with the delux option thinking it would look more extravagant and have more flowers but defiantly not. Looked the exact same as the basic order.
Overall I don't think we will use them again, had a much better experience with Ann's flowers, will go there next time

Awhile back I bought flowers through Bloomnation and Farrah's Florist fulfilled it. I loved what they did so much that I went directly to Farrah's online portal to purchase flowers again. It was nice and simple, I asked for a custom bouquet and they put together a very nice bouquet with vase. My girlfriend absolutely loved it. Anytime I need flowers, I will reach out to Farrah's!

The manager is unkind and their flowers died the day after delivery. He presumed my mothers convalescent home room was "too hot" and that was the reason. My mother would never keep a room too hot. For him to shift blame is shifty and despicable. He wouldn't refund my money for the entire traumatic experience of having them die. He works near several hospitals and I suspect he makes his money taking advantage of sick people and their relatives who helplessly try to alleviate the pain through fresh flowers. Truly shady and despicable business. Don't buy here. And to you, manager: I'm going to the BBB.

Picked out my choice of arrangement and paid the extra money for them to use highest quality flowers as well as to add additional flowers to the bouquet. When paying for the "premium" quality, it is said that the arrangement will match the photo almost identically, but that was not the case at all. It had no extra flowers l, and the ones it did have were already wilted on the ends. It was a completely different vase and lacked some flowers from the photo. I also requested that purple be incorporated into the arrangement, but that too was neglected. Very disappointed, especially when spending so much money.

Hi there, I don't want to do this but felt compelled after getting email asking about my experience. The flowers arrived as scheduled and while beautiful have already lost life. All but one tulip is standing up straight. It's inky been a few days and for the money this was absolutely not worth it. Flowers from Whole foods for $7 have been shining bright for a week and a half now.
