Lease do not advertise a wooden vase and show up with a vase that looks like an empty candle jar for the vase. The flowers were beautiful but was expecting the wood vase not clear glass, that was the reason for choosing this arrangement.

No, I ordered a boutique and a different one was delivered. I called the same night to ask for assistance and/or a refund and was promised a call back, never got one.

The FTD arrangement and what was delivered were not similar. Disappointed. I have used Friendship before many times now I’m concerned with what my other deliveries looked like. For $80 you expect more.

Due to the fact that our family had so much sickness going on and losing two family members in the same week I forgot to order flower for one of the services. I realized it the night before. In a panic I called Brian to see what I could do at such late notice. He kindly told me to go online and place an order of what I wanted and he would get on it first thing in the morning. The next morning I called him before I left for the service to see if he was able to get it done. He informed me that not only did he get it done he had already delivered it before the services opened up. Brian thank you so much!! That’s what I cal service!! The spray was beautiful! My family and I were truly pleased!! What a blessing to know that there are people out there who take pride in helping others in a pinch. Friendship florist always is a first class local option for my occasion purchases. Great quality flowers that always has complements given to my wife at her workplace. Not sure what happen with delivery on this order, they were delivered around 5pm and my wife had already left work. She didn’t get to see them till the next day. This is the first time a delivery was late. No service is perfect and this will not keep me from ordering from Friendship in the future.
The flower arrangement itself was beautiful per my mom... My issue was with delivery! It was a hot mess! I called at 9am and asked if delivery before 12:00 noon was possible and was told yes! Explained my mom would be home until then... No delivery at 12, so I called and they said they forgot to send it with the delivery person but would get it right out... another hour passes and no delivery!! I had to call them 4 times bc flowers weren’t delivered by time I was told they would be delivered. I ended up having to tell my mom to stay home and wait, I was sending her flowers and they didn’t deliver at agreed upon time!! I was upset bc they was ruining the surprise!! I left instructions on the order form explaining that my mom lived in the camper at the address and they delivered them to a different residence on the property, just leaving them on the porch bc no one was home at that residence.... all the while my mom is still sitting inside her camper waiting... When I spoke to them, yet again, I was told they missed the delivery instructions that she could walk over and get them off the porch they left them at... So bouquet arrived at wrong residence about 3 hours past agreed and assured delivery time! I also ordered another bouquet so between the both I spent about $150 dollars... Honestly I felt they weren’t real concerned that they ruined my moms surprise! And made her walk to the neighbors house to get her flowers.... Earlier in the process I was even told they were busy and I could have someone pick them up from their store! I mean yeah I could have left my job and picked them up... I guess!!! The point is I wanted my mom to feel special and surprised!! She’s 78 and alone so it’s not everyday she gets flowers delivered from a florist ..... No matter how good/beautiful a product is, if the customer service isn’t there it overshadows the product in a negative way! I like to support hometown businesses but I’ll go else where for future florist needs... Oh I did pay a delivery fee.... Wasn’t even offered a refund on delivery as compensation.... That would have gone a long way in the customer service area... And it’s not about the 10 bucks it’s about making a customer feel that you cared that you ruined their surprise...
Flowers were for a special loved one who passed away. They were more beautiful than I was expecting and I was very pleased.

I have used Friendship Florist on multiple occasions. From Valentine’s Day, birthdays and wedding anniversary, the quality and beauty of the work done are by far superior to other florist/flowers I have purchased in the past. After my first purchase, they became my go to without fail choice for flowers. And my wife always gets great compliments when she gets them at work!

The arrangement was pretty but not like the picture. There was no balloon or ribbon and the colors were not nearly as bright and cheerful. Also, the back of the arrangement was bare, almost like it had a hole...maybe the balloon was supposed to hide this?

I ordered this bouquet for my friends birthday, who lives out of town. I was very nervous since I don’t live there and knew nothing about this florist but let me tell you, THEY DID NOT DISAPPOINT! The flowers were BEAUTIFUL!

The staff, creativity, kindness, and prices at Friendship Florist is the best! You really get the most for your dollar. I called the staff (talked to Sissy) and described to her what I wanted delivered to the funeral home and.... that was it! No more worries! The arrangement was perfectly done, delivered on time, and everyone talked about how beautiful all of the flowers were. Also, six months ago, unfortunately, my grandmother passed away and we used friendship florist for the casket arrangement, and as always, it was perfect! These people really are caring and wonderful! I cannot sing their praises enough! I would highly recommend Friendship Florist if you are looking for the best!

This arrangement was Beautiful! Everything was simple! I ordered and paid online (late in the afternoon) and my flowers were delivered the next day! I got a picture of the flowers sent and they were Absolutely Gorgeous! I will definitely use Friendship Florist again!

Of the 3 items I ordered for Valentine’s Day from 3 different companies, your roses were the only thing that showed up on time. I ordered some flowers and a teddy bear from Ava’s flowers for my daughter in Amite and it showed up on Saturday. I also ordered 2 dozen chocolate swirl strawberries from Edible Arrangements and they still haven’t shown up 3 days after Valentines Day, expected delivery on Wednesday. Thank you for delivering in a timely manner on Valentine’s Day. My girlfriend loved the roses! 5 Stars!

I couldn’t believe that for $235 that I would get dead roses as the main focus of my beautiful Aunt Carolyn’s arrangement. It looked like the roses were dipped in a purple die. All of them were facing the floor like they were sad. I was very embarrassed. I would have much rather had fresh lively roses of any color other than what was used. Very disappointed!
