Such a nice experience with Family Florist! They exceeding my expectations. It was very easy to order online. They delivered very quickly and when I was hoping they would. The vase and the arrangement were actually prettier than the picture online! And they included a purple bow which I asked for specifically. Thank you, family florist for helping make my moms day special!

I sent these to my daughter at work. The flowers were vibrant and arranged nicely! They were beautiful and did exactly what I needed them to do.

The only problem was not your fault but one of the girls in the office opened the card (my daughter was at lunch when they arrived) and told her who they were from when she returned from lunch (she leaves for lunch). I think maybe for future orders I’ll request the card be sealed. It evidently happened the last time I sent her flowers at work. It really took away the surprise of opening the card herself! Thank you though for doing a great job again!

The plant/planter was just like it was pictured! I put the wrong funeral home in the delivery information. They called me yo let me know so I wouldn’t go to the wrong place. That was very thoughtful. Thank you to Family Florist. They always do a nice job and are very friendly.

The flowers weren't delivered on the day they were intended to be (bummer), but there was a storm resulting in loss of electricity that I was unaware of (I don't live in Ohio). The florist called first thing Monday morning and issued a refund at my request. My sister isn't home through the week so they were understanding of the refund request.

Website was user friendly. Beautiful arrangements to choose from and, although it didn’t look exactly like the picture, the bouquet delivered was gorgeous! I thought the vase was going to be a little bigger so that was a small surprise but it was really lovely nonetheless. Great job! Would definitely use again!

Ordered these at 12:04 P.M. on Saturday August 1st, paid the same day delivery fee, flowers were never delivered. Tried to contact store via phone to find out they closed at noon. Terrible experience. Will not be ordering again.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
