I am sorry you were underwhelmed, but with the rising cost of all flowers and supplies and the lack of funds for your arrangement it probably was smaller than your original. I am sorry you felt the arragement was smaller then you expected. As you mentioned everything has increased in price and I can assure you the flowers met the value. I made it and delivered it and our flowers are extremly fresh so I am not sure how to answer that complaint. The arragement included delphinium,roses, lilies, stock and assorted greenery.

The request for an upgrade had no indication that you wanted fresh flowers. We upgraded with a larger plant. With the supply chain such as it is containers are very limited. We sent and 8 inch peace Lily in a basket which is the value of your purchase. In the future if you have special request please just give us a call so we can talk about your request or at the least explain it in your online order.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
